Publix is another chain group where the model is the same from store to store. What changes most is the size of the shop. Publix is an amazing place to go shopping and Florida is lucky to have them here. Easy access off and on Hyperluxo and there is plenty of parking in the lot. This store has big entrance and currently there are people in the entrance taking and sanitizing the carts. The store is very big and bright and the isles are very spacious. There are big signs above the entrance to the isles clearly telling you what's in the isle. Honestly, it was easier to navigate here then some markets i regularly shop at. The team here is very friendly and helpful. Everyone who has ever assisted me did it with a smile. Team members have also offered to go to the isle and get the product I was asking about. The customer service here is amazing! The deli counter is huge and the people here are terrific. The counter is big, and they also have a sandwich and hot food area. Dairy and meat, and fish counters are big and easy to navigate. I like the idea that they have a very comprehensive supply of wine and beer. We don't have the wine store in our supermarkets in New York, it's a nice touch. Check out is always a snap and I love how they always have a bagger to help. The really nice touch is how they ALWAYS ask me if I would like someone to bring my groceries to the car. (I guess being a senior citizen has its advantages. They also have an amazing bakery with a very complete selection of fresh cakes, breads, classic items. Horrible service with their pharmacy dept. I've been coming here for the last 3 years to get prescription filled. Today they have a new person at the front and she is horrible. ZERO customer service. Then she tells me I'm suppose to drive around to different pharmacies to see where they will have the medication in stock. Who will actually tell someone to do that?????? It's a horrible way to treat patients. Sorry, drive around and if you can't get the medication you're on your own. If I could give this location a negative star I would. They don't even deserve the 1 star. Would not recommend anyone to come in to this location. read more

This is by far my favorite Publix and I travel a little further just to come here. This store is so much bigger, brighter and better than the other one I used to go to. They have a nice selection of pre made lunch's, dinners and even quiche for breakfast. All pre packed with their calorie content on them. They have a turkey meat loaf with cauliflower rice and asparagus that is delicious. Their salads are fresh and also delicious. The lunch mean line is never as long as the other one I used to go to, but I order online anyway so they are ready when I get there. Parking is plenty, carts are neatly stacked by the entrance and someone always says hello when you walk in. The only meat I bought was a whole turkey when it was on sale and it was good. My only request would be for Publix as a chain to please change the bags they put their cold cuts / deli items in because the bag either rips or the zipper falls off every time. read more

Came for the sub and deli meal sales. Jeremy, deli manager, was handling the sub line with another coworker, very friendly and efficient. Line was long, but to be expected as publix subs are da bomb and it was during lunchtime. Other staff were handling their duties efficiently too. They have all the to-go conveniences with deli meats precut and packaged, basic cold cut sandwiches, online order pick up area, etc. One lady had the rotisserie package in her hand and asked them to cut it up, which was a service I wasn't aware of. So overall impressed with the deli, I'm sure the rest is up to publix standards as well. read more

Right outside of the entrance/exit they have a garbage can. As I approach the store there is a woman wearing her green Publix vest, short white hair, elbows on the can, puffing away at a cigarette blowing the second hand smoke in my direction as I'm about to enter. "SHOPPING IS A PLEASURE" you say? You certain of this publix? My time in a cancer ward will not be. What has happened to common decency, or common sense? Common knowledge? And that woman would be of the generation to give me a lecture on those things if I stepped out of line, I'm sure. I wish I could add video here because I took 1. If you MUST do that, do it where shoppers and their children, babies, service animals, the elderly, etc., don't have to inhale and deal with it. The entire store front wreaks of cigarettes and it's very low class. Something needs to be done about this because I haven't even started on the expired products or service at "customer service". read more

They always keep this store very clean. The shelves are always fully stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've seen a couple of special needs people working there. That's cool that they give them a job. This is a medium size store. That's always busy. The parking lot will get full at prime times. The main reason we go there, is to get the sushi. They have a chef that makes it fresh daily and it's great. You can't get sushi this good and cheap any place else. read more

I've been going to this Publix for some time now and I've seen managers come and go but the manager Mark was someone who I wasn't to happy about but didn't bother me until I needed costumer service and Mark was there and he was very impolite and rude. I hope he gets better or they find a better manager but until then this stays one star read more

Store is good, employees are very nice and helpful. The lighting cluster on the pole in the parking lot closest to the entrance has been out for quite a while, making it very dark at night and difficult to see where you are loading your groceries in your car. I've mentioned it to management but nothing has been done yet. Can't give that fifth star until this is taken care of. read more

Disappointing... looking for a product I have seen before, just confirming with a phone call, was left on hold excessively, passed back and forth on the phone over a half dozen times , hung up on, and finally told my product would be in tomorrow. I love this Publix. It's right around the corner, and the employees are always suuuuper nice. The managers always greet me like they know me (I doubt they remember me) but it's nice either way. It's always super clean. I love our neighborhood publix. read more
