This person has got to be the worst guardian ad litem ever. He was against me from day one and did…read morenot do his job properly. He went over year with my children living with me and not coming to check on their living arrangement. My attorney requested many times for him to make a home visit. When he finally made time to do a home visit with my children my attorney was present and asked him did he want to look in the refrigerator in the kitchen cabinet to make sure there was healthy nutritional food for the children? He responded to my attorney saying no thank you it will probably just make me hungry seeing how I have not had dinner yet? That should be one of his big concerns if he is working for the interest of my children but really wasn't!! Before we even got to any of the days of trial he had already made his proposed parenting plan with me only seeing my children a couple hours a week!! This pice of worthless sh** didn't even have children at the time he was supposed to be looking out for the best interest of my children!! He had recommended very little time to talk to my children in his stipulate parenting plan. After talking to my attorney I emailed my ex-wife and told her I want to speak to children which the stipulation was not signed by anybody in the last order signed by anybody didn't live with me will talk to him. After talking to my ex about talking to children this idiot filed a motion in the court to force me to follow The court stipulation that had the minimal talk time in it but also set the children should live with me! My attorney asked him understand is it true you file a motion to make Me follow stipulation. He admitted that he did but could not explain why he didn't think I need to tell my children but he filed a motion to force me to follow stipulation that put the children in my custody? This guy is a loose cannon my daughter is over then he has had his law license has no idea what he's doing beware if he's ordered to be your counselor! I got my children after my ex was at home drunk with my children the police let me take them from her house! When we got a copy of his time sheet for all the work he said you're done he showed six minutes for the day he come do a home visit at my house? That is pathetic you are a guardian for children and you go to do a home visit and won't check The kitchen cabinets refrigerator and refrigerator for healthy food and you only put it took you six minutes. Beware he would not even ask my ex questions to make her look bad at all while she's on a stand. It appeared he spent most of his preparation time for questions to put me down? How a guardian can make a decision before they hear any evidence I would love for someone to let me know. I don't know many people that can do the job without doing it he must be a unique breed. Jeanne Foster (FRAUD)…read more I paid good money to Jeanne. $6000.00 was paid up front to give my attorney a good headwind for a successful outcome. $1500 was the agreed contract for representing me and my girls during a Family Access motion. It was explained as the easiest of all filings in a family court. Of which, I understood and asked for help due to how emotional I was after 4 1/2 years of being restricted by the mother. It took me a long, long time, to secure the funds for this issue. Jeanne went to this access motion with me and constructed a continuance, laced around a stipulation with the abusing party, in the mother, against my wishes or advice. She got an attitude with me minutes before this hearing I had been waiting for to coerce me into accepting her idea. I had four and a half years of diversions documented and in her possession that represented my position for access that very day. I said infatickly that I was against this and any other tactics delaying my relationship with my girls. She told me if the mother DID NOT stick with the stipulated agreement, she would immediately file and drag her butt back into court. After numerous attempts and against my advice as her client, she would not adhere to my concerns that she was paid for. She never did get me back into court and allowed another 5 continuances and 6 months to go by without representing me or my girls position. She was kept informed of our contract and our scope through numerous reminders that had me exhausted in a way that was to be stopped by hiring her. She walked me into a fraudulent continuance without merit and immediately billed me eating up the $6000.00 I had faithfully given to her firm. First problem was the incorrect billing. The second, was the contract saw a flat $1500 fee for the Family Access Motion, $3500 retainer for contempt, QDRO, and modification filings. Third, this adds up to $5000. I gave an EXTRA $1000. An extra $1000 for an insurance as her new client, of my commitment. She allowed the other side to file her own modifications and played me out over the six month period of continuances of July-Dec. 2015. She tortured me through this six months by having me do visits that had the mother still keeping my two girls from me. She allowed continuances all the way to the mothers modification hearing. She represented me at a minimum and never once represented my character that she agreed upon being hired. I won the Access motion, but nothing was asked of the court to hold the mother accountable while securing this will not continue to happen. Funny thing is the mothers modification hearing was just to be days later. She withdrew from me two days before the other sides modifications leaving me hi and dry under the guise of being a difficult client. In fact, the worst she's ever dealt with. This couldn't be further from the truth and she should feel fortunate that I don't use this space furth er to ensure its readers understand the convincing nature in its prior convictions. I want to make it clear that Jeanne Foster is a con and a liar. A personal situation such as a Family court is sensitive and serious. Jeanne displayed a professionalism only recognized by an idiot and representative of a bottom shelf D rated attorney. BE AWARE and Best of Luck.

My mother-law hired Kim as her probate lawyer for the estate of her mother. The estate had a house…read morethat was divided among the family. My husband was trying to buy the house from the family and we almost lost the house because of Kim. She was such a horrible lawyer with absolutely NO communication. In this day and age I would expect at least a 24 year turn around for a phone call or email, but with Kim most of the time we couldn't get a response in the same week. She gave my mother in lawyer horrible legal advice and confused her to the point where she didn't know what she was doing or signing. It got so bad my mother in law quit and thankfully that forced Kim to resign with her. I took over the probate with a new lawyer and it was a mess. Kim's paperwork got sent back from the court at least 2-3 times for errors or missing paperwork. In fact at one point she forgot to send the court her own bill, so she could get paid. And even after I took over the Personal Representative to finish the estate she still costed me months because she never finished her accounting and it took 1.5 months to get ONE piece of paperwork about the last PR resigning. Ridiculous. She waste a lot of money and time for shoddy work at best. She is one of the cheapest lawyers around but you will pay with your time and headaches.
