Worse customer service ever! All they can say is, "that employee" no longer works here, they…read moredidn't know what they where doing...Well that is your managers job to train employees to do there jobs right...Was being over charged on my policy and no one could explain it, so at the end they said the person that worked there didn't know how to do his job. Very rude customer service not sure of the owner knows how his business is being ran, but if he does and allows this to happen wow! I just changed agents instead to avoid all the headaches!! Just also found out that, they never gave me "student" away discount for the past 3 months!! That's over $175 a month extra that I have had to pay on my insurance! Theres always employees sitting there on their phones and not acknowledging the customers that come in. It's always a guy and a woman that are on their phones. Employees are rude and when I ask for Raul for better assistance, he is NEVER there. They don't want customers to know this but apparently if you don't have a card on file they will charge you DOUBLE for the upcoming month without contacting you about it first! CARLOS, yeah thats his name (who is actually the manager believe it or not) is who I had the most problems with! He gave me nothing but attitude when I asked questions about my account. On top of that he didn't think I saw him roll his eyes when I had to take a phone call in the middle of our conversation. It is VERY unprofessional and VERY disorganized! You do not want to do any business with them at all costs AVOID AVOID AVOID. Place should be shut down, what a discrace! I switched to All State I was so mad with those employees and how they handled my situation.
