This is a nice outdoors mall. Very colorful. There are lots of great stores, but even if you're not in the mood to shop, this is still a nice place to stroll around on a sunny day. That said, it can get very hot depending on the time of day, so put on sim screen and bring a hat. We arrived at noon and it was scorching hot. Good thing the store and food court have air conditioning. It got better as the day went on. I went on Saturday with my husband and son. We found some great deals at Van Huesen. They are having a liquidation sale, island wide. My husband found a few nice work shirts. Christmas sales haven't begun yet, so we'll be back soon. Afterwards, we walked over to Chili's for a late lunch. All in all, it was a nice family day. The mall has a playground for the kids. read more

Walmart was what I came for and I wish it was a super walmart . But the churches chicken had us hooked.

A chill outdoors mall. I don't come here that often, but is always enjoyable when I do. Makes for a nice family trip. Good stores. The food court is spacious, although there aren't many options. There are, however, a few food and beverage kiosks around the mall, plus restaurants on the other side of the parking lot (Metropol, Olive Garden, Chili's, Ponderosa). It's been a year, and it's still my favorite place to shop in Puerto Rico. GAP by far, has the best deals from what we've found. If you're reading this as of today or recently, it's 50% off and some more on the clearance section. Not bad! Plenty of places to eat, plenty of places to buy a cold drink- I recommend the lemonade stand, and plenty of places to buy coffee. They even have a playground. We spotted Puerto Rico Premium Outlets on our drive to Arecibo to hike the Cave Window! On our way back from our hike we made a pit stop here and I'm glad we did cause this outlet mall had a lot of good outlet stores: - NIke - Puma - Disney Store - Zumiez .....and the list goes on..... There is also a food court here, but the choices seemed limited! They also got stands for refreshments (fresh acai bowl / juices), around the mall to beat the heat! Overall this outlet mall exceeded our expectations! read more

This sure is one heck of a mall. You could find everything you normally buy in the states in one place. They've recently added stores like Aeropostal. From the beginning there was a Gap and Tommy Hilfiger. Its big and colorful and has everything you need. Of course they have Puerto Rican shops as well. Its definitely worth checking out how Puerto Rico has grown. :) read more

This place is pretty big with a lot of shops. Great prices , many stores are always on sale! I haven't tried the food court but there is couple nice restaurants around. Parking isn't bad and it's not too far if you don't want shop in San Juan. read more

What a gorgeous outlet mall! The sales were basically the same as you would find back home at any other outlet, but it is just so beautiful to walk around here on a hot day! I loved actually seeing stores other than Me Salve and Pitusa! Puerto Rico is advancing on so many levels! I can't wait to go back again! read more

Great selection and prices! I got a pair of Burberry sunglasses for $100 and skinny dark wash Levi's for $20! Plus, I think the clothing manufacturers alter their silhouettes a bit, because all the clothes I tried on fit my short, curvy figure really well! If you have difficulty finding clothes that fit in "white girl" "American" stores (J. Crew, haha), then this place is paradise to find something hot for a night out or something sweet and conservative for work. read more

This place is pretty big with a variety of shops across the property! The layout is awesome I believe, to where you can just go from store to store in organized fashion and when you get hungry from all the shipping, stop at the food court that is right in the middle. All the big brands are there, Nike, Adidas, Old Navy, Gap, Shoe Carnival and etc. You should really enjoy this place if shopping is what you like. read more

What's not to love about 60% off Coach handbags. We did some shopping here. It's huge and like the outlets in the states, but we barely saw half of it I think. Some stores had super deals, like BCBG and Coach, but some other stores didn't really have outlet prices. (Just regular) All in all, it was a nice mall to find a bargain after visiting the Camuy Caves. read more

Amazing Outlet Mall! It's way above my expectation. All the stores are Bright & Colorful. Even though it's a Street Mall, it's super comfortable and the weather is fresh, even though if it's in summer. There are some stores that have great savings, like Bostonian Clarks, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Banana Republic, Loft, and Nautica. There are also some stores, that have more expensive prices than in regular malls, yes, higher prices than in other malls; like: Aéropostale (When I went to Plaza las Américas, I saw this Khaki for $19.99, in this Outlet Mall it was $34.99. If you come here for Aéropostale, just don't visit that place. The employees don't even say Good Morning/ Good Afternoon.) This place is amazing to get your clothes. The variety of clothes is just impressive. Tommy Hilfiger has amazing prices, same with Gap The employees in most stores are Super Nice & Chill, and they will help you to get what you want, and show you things that they know that will be great for you You should deffinetly come here with your Friends or Family Now, let's talk about FOOD. They have a pretty nice & small food court, which has a large variety. Subway, Chinese Food, Soft & Creamy, Pizzeria, Chickenow. There's also a Restroom (or Washroom if you're Canadian) The Men's bathroom at the food court is Amazingly Dirty, Nasty, Smelly, Broken Toilettes, Graffiti, not working sinks, it's Disgusting. Now, there are more restrooms, that are cleaner, located in other parts of the Mall. Parking Lots: There are hundreds, or even, thousands of Parking lots. They also offer Valet Parking for $5. For starters this place is beautiful and not like your average mall or even Premium Outlet location. All the stores are painted in bright colors. The layout was easy to navigate. Had a good mix of high end and middle class stores...easy to spend a few hours in here. It's located across from a movie theatre, some restaurants, fast food places and had its own food court. Also a lot of local kiosks set up outside the actual outlets with fresh fruit, souvenirs, etc. I think it was about an hour-ish drive for, touristy San Juan, but worth the trip if you're looking to get out of the tourist area. read more

Its the best place to go out and buy something and still have a tatse of fresh air. This mall has a large variety of stores like Old Navy, Nike, Izod and others. And if you get hungry there are nice places to eat as well. I would recommend thismall to anyone. read more
