I just called her because I've received another title before hers. So I just asked why I haven't received it yet. She did tell me it takes Up to 90 days but Instead of being calm and professional about it and explaining. She got very upset and defensive during the whole conversation. This had happen prior when we were in person as well. We were recommended by the people we were purchasing our camper from because they were "friends." During this, there was a situation where she couldn't keep the title open because she didn't want her friends to get screwed over?... She got very defensive at that point as well and her friends had to tell her to calm down and they had to handle the situation. During both encounters, Ms Lemmon was very unprofessional and very defensive for who knows what reason. I rarely leave reviews but my experience has been so terrible with this lady I thought if I shared maybe she would reflect back on her manors for the sake of her backyard business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was selling my car to a man that came 3 hours to Dubois to…read morepurchase it. We walked into the building and stood in the wait line. We were talking and then the woman behind the counter said" I can't help you if you are standing that far away" This was a harbinger of what was to come. The man I was selling the car to , indicated that his license he had on him was no longer his address, but he indicated to her that he had changed his address and it was on file. She said" I can't do anything unless you have the physical temporary license" He explained that he has done over 30 title transfers and they just looked up the computer info on the pendot system. She became more rude and said" I can't do anything for you, you can go somewhere else" Then she pushed his paperwork back to him and said " you can go to a punxsutawny notary tomorrow" We left and went to Brady street notary. The woman working there looked up his information in seconds and from there on, the whole process was smooth and friendly. Bottom line. I'm 69 and this is one of the worst experiences I've encountered in a service related business. It was embarrassing for me because I recommended Sarvey because of its proximity to rte 80 and it would save time. Time was wasted and the experience was awful.
