I saw that this place had lots of great reviews, despite having few, most if not all are positive and after arriving and interacting with Scott I'm so glad I came here. The smell of flowers immediately hits you along with a sense of nostalgia. Scott spoke to me about a bit of the history of the shop and how California quakes affected the shop and town just hearing the history and having a normal human conversation made my overall experience a great one. They have so many beautiful bouquets of different prices, stuffed animals, cards, balloons. The flowers are so beautiful and fresh! I've lived in this area my entire life and I finally took the time to order flowers here. I usually stop by to purchase single balloons with no helium. I was always curious about the flowers. This time around, Mother's Day was coming up and I looked at the arrangements. The lady assisting me was more than happy to inform me on the options available for flowers on the arrangement I was interested in. You are able to pick your own rose color and type of flower that is included. This was scheduled to be a delivery to my moms job. She took down all the needed information and delivery was at a reasonable price! She asked the time I would like the delivery to be. She pointed me to this small desk with stationary items that contained note cards for the occasion and you are able to write your personal message if you'd like. Not sure how they have such a high review They are not interested in gaining new clients I ordered something for my granddaughter for Valentines But they were too overwhelmed to complete my order. They will not go above and beyond for their clients She said they have 10 employees but are running around to fulfill orders, too busy she said "do you want to cancel?! I wanted to purchase a bouquet for a friend who had recently suffered a loss. I chose this florist due to the close proximity to my friends' house. I'm so happy that I did. I was helped by Vera, a friendly woman who assisted me with colors, size, etc. My friend LOVED her flowers. She sent a picture of the gorgeous bouquet, and expressed how much it meant to her to see them at the end of a rough day. This place is awful. So here it goes..... I'm in this town for work and looking for a flower shop so I can grab a short floral arraignment to place in my hotel room. I walk in and the owner I assume is on the phone and doesn't even acknowledge me. I look around and this "floral shop" has more teddy bears and stuffed animals then flowers! So once the lady gets off the phone I tell her what I'm looking for and she has NOTHING!!!! Ugly long stem roses or carnations....only. No, orchids, tulips, peonies, stargazer lilies, hydrangeas, calla lily, I went through my entire favorite flowers list! She barely was able to find a short square glass vase for me......I ended up picking the yellow roses which she cut down to fit into the vase but absolutely no filler around the vase, just an ugly green Styrofoam brick to hold the roses with. I think I paid 35 buck or maybe 40 for the arraignment. Most flower shops are elegant, romantic, artistic or have some kind of "je ne sais quoi" about them , this place looks like an abandon office space full of items won at a local fair......and a few flowers here and there... Absolutely rude. I walked in with my daughter looking for flower arrangements for her quinceñera. This was my first time ever going to this shop, as we're looking around we finally see the lady working there in all black and a young guy. As we're getting closer I heard the guy tell her "there's a customer" and the lady turns around just to completely walk away to the back of the store and as she does so she said "absolutely disgusting.". Both of them leave us standing there. So I tell my daughter to let's go and I take another glance and I see her just standing there laughing. Never coming back. read more
