Pulp is a casual restaurant that sells smoothies, wraps, salads, and bowls. My husband and I each ordered a smoothie. We did not try any of the other foods. The employees promptly greeted us, took our order, processed our payment, and made our smoothies. We enjoyed the Samma Jamma and the Orange Chill flavors. I come here very often I love Pulp. I was actually really in need of a hangover relief it really helps me when I have a bad hangover it did not taste like the smoothie I'm use to having totally lacking a lot of flavor so I went back in and nicely asked them to just remake it I didn't want to be that person because I totally get it and I'm pretty sure I got the same smoothie that taste like it has zero flavor so I will not be returning to your business. im actually very upset to be made to feel like a burden when you hire your employees to do a simple job and I'm a regular daily. read more

I'll give this place 4 stars because smoothie places in this area are hard to come by. Plus, they have a huge selection with many combinations. The place is clean too and smells good inside. The staff seems nice, although, I have seen the guy who works there who makes the smoothies seem irritated sometimes lol. I mean, I don't blame him but I almost felt bad ordering. I use to love the Pulp but the shakes are so watered down and not so good. I love the Pulp in Austintown. The shakes are perfect.

The juice is good, it's not great or anything remarkable. The customer service is severely lacking. No greeting, no thanks, no receipt, no hospitality. I am disappointed. The only thing this place has going for them is that it's the only juice place nearby. read more

Stopped this evening at 8pm for fresh juice. Employee told me they just cleaned it and smiled at me. OK. Isn't this a juice pulp bar?? Open til 9pm.
