I email the company and I am told oh it was already delivered to you on the 19th in South Carolina. 1st off how did you create a label on the 19th AND deliver anywhere in the same day without some special 1 day service. 2ndly, I am not in South Carolina. I am in NY. Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy from. Oh and I was advised 2x to contact postal service. Here's the issue there I contacted postal service and they did investigation BEFORE I ever contacted the seller and I told them that in both my emails to them. This company is the worst to deal with. They took money and after 2 weeks of no contact from the company. I called them to see what was going on and they said I owe them a 27.00 fee for editing image for project. I asked why no one bothered to call me or email me to say a thing. They were just going to keep my money and not deliver on full filling my order. Then after paying the amount they wanted I had to wait 3 more weeks for edits to get done. They would send me a finished edit on a Friday afternoon. I would respond in about 30 min to an hour however they were gone for the day already. So the next edit would not come until that following Friday. The reason it took so many edits is they did not even come close to following the instructions for the edit. They did whatever they wanted and it looked like garbage. Then after almost 2 months gone by I emailed to see what was going on with my order. I was sent a tracking number saying it was shipped yesterday that was nothing more than just a created label and I had to wait 2 more days before the order has tracking information. I looked up a local embroidery company and I will be using them for now on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have not even gotten my product yet and I am worried to receive it after all the bad reviews I am now reading saying that the work done was"cheap crab that doesn't even look professional".... a lot of bad reviews here, but mostly seems to be regarding customer service. We had already purchased the same scrubs from somewhere else and knew they fit well, so we were just ordering more of the same. The price was better than anywhere else we could find, so we gave it a shot. Ordered with paypal just in case to have the added buyer protection. Ordered it on Nov 30th, and it arrived by USPS on Dec 10th. Scrubs were exactly what we ordered in new condition, everything was as advertised. But... make sure the products you're buying will fit, returns other than for damaged products will cost you 20% restocking fee and return postage. so if you're placing a small order your refund will turn out to be about half of what you spent originally. The reason I know my credit card was compromised at PulseUniform.com is because I had not used the credit card in over two years and did not use it after. Please do not buy from this company. Their business practices are not good. I ordered items online and received an email/phone call the next day that there was a glitch in the system and I owed double what they charged me. First red flag. Then they sent me items that did not reflect the online pictures. I sent them pictures of the shirts and then they wanted me to send pictures of the labels. I requested a refund as their policy states and it has not gone smooth. I had to file a complaint with the BBB. Also note they say they are BBB accredited but if you actually check the BBB website, they are not accredited. They will tell you that they need to speak with the higher ups and get back to you, waiting on a return number from the manufacturer, not to worry, etc. I am hoping this will prevent others from going through what I am dealing with right now. read more

This is the first time I had ordered through this company, I knew the brand and was confident that the quality of the product would be as expected. However, the sizing wasn't. I needed to exchange for a larger size and in doing so, I was charged for return shipping (in all fairness, I knew this was their policy before ordering), but was asked to pay an additional amount as the item had gone up in price. I have never exchanged a product where they did not honor the original sale price! In addition, I had to initiate a call to check on my exchange which had shipped 3 weeks earlier and tracking verified had been delivered. Husband ordered simple safety hats. There were delivered two hours away according to USPS. They said call Pulse uniform. I spoke with them they stated that USPS had contacted them and stated that was a missed shipment and his money would be refunded within five days, well different story for USPS. Sounds like a business ran from a home, because when you ask to speak to another department they put you on hold for a few seconds to just come back and say they are not available. I ordered scrubs and yes I admit I washed them before trying them on as they were very stiff and scratchy. The fit was terrible so I sent them back at my cost expecting at least a partial refund as the company had stated they would do. I got an email telling me no refund as I had washed the scrubs. At this point I'm out $44.00 so I call the company. I am told no refund as I had washed the scrubs thereby infecting them. This was a lengthy call during which I was repeatedly told I had infected the scrubs. Frustrated, I asked for the scrubs to be sent back and I would donate them. Guess what? I had to pay a $6.00 shipping fee to get back my infected scrubs! I assume what the company would have done is not burn my infected scrubs but rather wash them, press them repackage and sell them again. Company of thieves. Never do business with this company.
