After waiting 8 months to get our first steer hide back, we were extremely disappointed! there were…read moremultiple holes in it all over, up to 4" in diameter. He tried to say multiple reasons as to why it could happen but never accepted the blame. Didn't offer any sort of refund. We are very disappointed to say the least. Wont be returning here! Said it could be from branding (he wasn't branded). Blamed it on the processor and how he was cut. His hide was at least 2" thick and he had more than enough to work with. How upsetting!
