I was in a horrible bind when another pump and well inspector did not show for 3 days. I called Joe and Karla at The Pump House and Joe was there within the hour, inspected the water pump as needed, charged a nominal fee and was so nice and ready and willing to help as needed. The guy who owns this company is an extremely rude asshole. I was driving and he refused to let me over and went as far to run me off the road. After that he continued to slam on his brakes for fun and waved his finger out the window. It's a Florida law to let people merge. That's pretty smart to be such an obnoxious and reckless driver when your company is on your truck :) I called the number because be wouldn't stop and I wanted a manager. He said he was the owner and proceeded to yell at me and say he didn't want to brake (but he would rather hit my car). He hung up on me without an apology and said a string of curse words and again harassed me on the road. I was just about to call the cops when he turned out but he didn't turn without flipping the bird one last time. I would never use such a disgusting person to do a job for me. read more
