I love this water park, and we've had a great time here before. However, there are a few things I…read morewish someone had told us before visiting. First, all of the water attractions slides, pools, etc. close at 7:00 PM, even though the rest of the park and rides stay open. This wasn't made clear when we arrived. They make an announcement around closing time, but if you're on the other side of the park, you may not make it back to your chairs before staff clears the seating area. Unfortunately, when we returned, our clean towels and personal belongings had been removed from our chairs and placed on top of the trash cans. They had also piled other guests' belongings on top of ours, including someone else's socks. I found this really rude, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Since the chairs aren't being stacked away anyway, I don't understand why our belongings couldn't have just been left on the chairs instead of being placed on the trash. If it's your first visit, make sure you're back at your chairs before 7:00 PM, or your belongings may be moved. Another thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of bees around the outdoor eating areas. They constantly swarm the tables and will even get into your drinks while you're trying to eat. Lastly, I recommend bringing your own travel pack of toilet paper or flushable wipes. The women's restrooms often run out of toilet paper, and while the staff is friendly, it can take a while for someone to restock the bathrooms. With long lines of people waiting to use the restroom and changing rooms, having your own supplies can save you a lot of hassle. Overall, I still enjoy this water park, but I hope management improves communication about the water attraction closing time and handles guests' belongings with more care and respect.

I was there yesterday 8/6 most of the park was shut down. No rides but 1 open for rollercoasters…read more Everything we wanted to do was closed. Lazy River didn't open till 3 when it did so crowded it was like herding a buncha cows not kidding, to open that they close other attractions. Do not eat at the place on the front something grill. I'm recovering from the worst food poisoning I've ever had. I was starving and felt the food was questionable. But I ate a few bites anyways my bad paid over $40 for all the food I wanted to eat. This place was better in the earlier season but don't go in August they have major staffing problems.

We got a lane right next to six teenagers who acted like it was their first time out without parents. Obnoxious is the nicest way this old fella of 37 can put it. More than once the pins didn't reset properly and all the balls in the building (the ones we could find) seemed to be the heaviest they had. Fine by me, but kind of made it frustrating for my kids. BUT, the kids had a good time and didn't seem to pay any attention to the overwhelmingly loud and chaotic atmosphere. Also, they didn't have to pay so there's that. Glad we got it out of our system, but that was the first and last time we'll stop in. Seemed kind of exclusive too, not very welcoming to "outsiders"; like every lane was a league and we weren't members. No big deal though, you live you learn.

The food however, was ridiculous. We ordered nachos, onion rings and water. My nephew said the nachos tasted like plastic cheese, he was not over reacting. You can get better nachos at a dive bar. The onion rings were okay, but the price was $12.95, for 11 onion rings. I wished I had gotten a picture before they ate them. I mean if they were like ginormous onion rings that would have been okay, but no, they were looked like the great value brand of small rings and minimal flavor. Okay, onto the bathrooms. So because I need accessible facilities, I try to always check them out. If you are traveling on wheels, this bathroom is not for you. The stalls are not adequate for turning around and maneuvering onto the toilet. Then the sinks, those were a joke. The counters are eye level. Glad I always carry hand sanitizer, it's not my first choice but it works in a pinch. I wished I had thought to take a picture of the bathroom, but I was already flustered and just wanted to get out of there. Oh, and make sure you have someone to help you with the door going into and leaving the bathroom. At least the kids had fun bowling.
