I used to trek a fair distance to get to Atomica, and was very excited when I moved near by - my hungover walks to get my strong latte's were a lot shorter! But if you go to a café for a friendly barista and some great service, Atomica may not be the place for you. The high turnover of staff means you rarely see a familiar and friendly face, and to be honest, sometimes they'd prefer to chat to each other than actually serve you. But despite all this, they make one helluva coffee and have a pretty sensational menu too.

This is a very fine bistro restaurant that I'd score an easy 4.6 taking account of all key measures, food, service and decor. A top place. The excellent 50c had a superb experience here today. It was his choice of venue so he may have to be upgraded to 75c given how could Shanklin is. Shanklin is a beautiful warm pleasingly designed space with decorated in a very pleasant modern style. I spent a big chunk of my work egg king holiday here at Cherry, they got to know my "usual" order. Everything is made from scratch and to order. Delicious unpretentious food, plenty of outlets for working on your laptop for hours whilst sipping on a perfect flat white.
