Written by a tourist, and my information will be spotty on this one as there was a bit of trouble…read morecommunicating specifics when ordering. I essentially ordered by pointing haha! They're super friendly and professional, and overall communication was all right. It's just the specifics I had trouble conveying. The employees were very attentive and cleared my plate and drink when I was done, but I think this may be one of the coffee shops/cafes where they prefer you order something every one or two hours if you're staying there longer to work on something. Also, if you're there to work on something, they have a few outlets here and there, and you'll have to stake a spot.
So I've heard about Berlin's thriving health food scene, but this was my first real introduction to it. Their menu has a lot of superfoods, healthy drinks (green drinks, smoothies, juices), and just healthier food options (toasts, salads, overnight oat bowls, light sandwiches, etc.) along with the usual things (bagels, eggs, coffee, tea, etc.) as well as displayed desserts. According to what I was able to translate, the baked goods were locally made. They did have a WINE and CHAMPAGNE section on their menu, and I wish I could have asked more about that.
On a more personal note, I like the way they divided up the areas and the way each area has a different feel to it. You can choose which one fits you best. X3 I had chosen that main area with that huge wall mural. It had the most sunlight while being away from the cigarette smoke and not directly in the sunlight. It was just absolutely beautiful. I will say that, while I was there, they also had a pretty extensive, divided-off patio area with tables outside. It was a VERY nice day in terms of weather, so the mass amount of people was outside. Trade off as, as usual, a lot of smoking. For parking, they did have streetside parking, and people also parked in that middle divider area as well.
Overall, a very nice, beautiful cafe with light snacks.
