One of my companions for the meal is Indian herself and agreed this was one of the best Indian meals she has had and this was by far the best meal we had on our trip to France. The service was great. The food was not overpowering in the spice or heat level but was in the flavor. I have been to many Indian restaurants where all the food has a very one note flavor through a dish. This was not so. The rice had a different flavor profile with each bite I took. The Tikka Masala was delicious, tender and care had been taken in the preparation as well as presentation. I was able to sample the other dishes and the Biyrani is one of the most amazing rice dishes I've ever had. The flavor explosion was so amazing. So many nuanced flavors. I would travel back here just to eat here again.
