We just picked up Cannoli, named Paisley at LPO and she has been such a fireball! We went there from SC because it is where we got our Yorkie Tiki, 7 years before who has had no health issues and stayed the size/weight they said, or would have if we didn't spoil her so much. Both dogs came home and immediately friendly and would chase a toy. This tells me they play and socialize them as much as they can. Michelle, the adoption expert was so nice and clearly loves the puppies. We really appreciate how honest they are and being able to trust them in what they say. read more

We purchased our little fur baby girl a week ago and couldn't be happier. She is happy healthy and makes us giggle with all her puppy antics. I was concerned after some of the reviews I had read but when we picked her up at the airport all our fears dissipated! She is a spoiled little princess even my 19 year old son can't resist, she wanted attention while he was trying to clean so he ended up having to put her in his sweatshirt pocket so she would be happy! So it's been 3 years since we have adopted our baby and I still absolutely adore her but she has had some significant health issues. She had to have hip surgery at 6 months old, dental surgery, she has allergies and vision problems. Luckily I have a wonderful vet but poor Lilly has been through a lot but she is happy. I was a little worried about buying a puppy I had never seen before and let alone in another state. But, Little Puppies Online was helpful in every way and answered all my questions. Bruce made me feel so comfortable calling and texting me to answer all my questions. He sent me live video of the puppy to assure me that she was happy and healthy. They disclosed a minor procedure (an umbilical hernia, which can be common) my puppy had and it was taken care of with a licensed Vet and completely healed. BUYERS BEWARE! I tried, in vain, to get info on the breeders of the puppy I was interested in, as a representative of Little puppies online told me they were not breeders, just brokers. That is always a red flag, as very few legitimate breeders use brokers to sell their puppies, and almost ALL PUPPY MILLS DO USE BROKERS. So initially, they told me they would give me the breeders name and USDA#, as I told them I wanted to check to be sure the breeder was legit. Then, low and behold, they didn't want to email me that info, but rather they wanted me to call them to discuss, saying I was "more inquisitive compared to most customers". I responded by telling them once they emailed me with the breeders name and USDA # as they had originally said they would, and I had a chance to check out the breeder and the breeder seemed ok, I would be more than happy to call to discuss the pup I was interested in. I have not heard back, even though they were replying to my emails promptly, initially. Please be careful when looking to purchase a puppy! Buying from a puppy mill broker is just as bad as buying from a petshop, it perpetuates the horrific practices that puppy mills use. BE INQUISITIVE! read more

I got a delightful puppy from Nathan a few years ago. He was sent on Delta and all went well. He is a healthy and beautiful Havanese. HOWEVER as I have become more educated since the purchase I believe that there is no possible way that Nathan does not get dogs from puppy mills. He is a maltese and has generally been healthy but has a sensitive stomach. He has been a wonderful dog. Then I got a maltese and yorkie in 2018 - sisters I call them. They have been very healthy. 1200 and 1500 - and 6 pounds and 4 pounds full grown. They are healthy and happy dogs. I was happy with the service and didn't have any issues at all. Picked up a mini dachshund recently. All in all, an okay experience. The business front is obviously a selling point for breeders - probably not all reputable. But whatever. Our pup is a happy puppy, but suffers from kennel cough. Our vet has her on antibiotics to deal with it... ...a lot of the information and recommendations only make sense if you are dealing with a dog coming out of less than spectacular conditions. High fructose nutritional supplement, limited exercise to avoid enraging breathing issues, hold off on vet visit, milk supplement, wet food to mix with dry food in case they aren't eating, add on purchases required for warentee...a dog from a healthy environment needs none of these. But whatever. They were polite and responsive. We have a puppy which needs a little more TLC than previous puppies we have gotten at more reputable places. Try to avoid add on purchases to limit what you are spending. read more

Visited LPO up in Mount Vernon after seeing a puppy online that was adorable. I had every intention of showing up and heading home without a puppy, but the staff was great, the puppies were great, and I left with a Beabull puppy that now goes by the name Penelope. The staff let me sit with her for over an hour, playing and cuddling and getting comfortable. We looked at a few other puppies as well, just to make sure it was the right fit. The home is extremely clean, feels like we were sitting in my own living room. Tony was helpful and kind, giving me tips and tricks for my first go at raising a puppy. A week later I went to the vet only to hear that she was extremely healthy and very taken care of. The vet even made mention that she was surprised by the pro active shots and health care details that were handled by LPO. I am a proud father and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I had a great experience getting our pup Benji. Pick up from the airport was smooth and easy. When we got home he didn't hesitate to eat and drink before heading to bed. The next day he went right outside to go potty before coming in and eating his breakfast. About half way through the day he broke out of his shell started running and playing. He has a great laid back temperament perfect for my 9 year old. I gave 4 stars just because there was some slight miscommunication between the employees there about the ultimate care package I bought. We purchased and older puppy from Little Puppies online. They did discount her because of her age. Since we have gotten her she has had one issue after another. She will not break with potty training, we have attempted house breaking her. She will use the bathroom in her crate and she will sleep in it. Our vet says this is indications that she is used to being crated all day and being comfortable using the bathroom where she sleeps. I am would think twice before buying a puppy from here. read more

It's part Bichon, part Shitzu, and it checked off all the boxes. I looked for breeders close to my parents home in Boise, but was unable to find any with cute puppy's or with a website that looked professional. I found several dogs on LittlePuppiesOnline and one day, discovered 'Jasmine'. I was immediately drawn to this dog, and so I called the number provided. I was nervous but after speaking with Bruce, researching their business, and learning more, we felt comfortable buying through their site. We are SO GLAD we did! The site it clear, easy to use, and they have payed attention to the most significant aspects of purchasing a new puppy. ESPECIALLY if the puppy has to be shipped. Puppy Mill!! Genuinely shocked this place has such high reviews. Must be people all ordering these puppies online to be shipped to them. Ridiculous. This place is a borderline puppy mill... if not a puppy mill. Every breed they offer online is available at their location in Mount Vernon. Their location is a home and as soon as you pull up you can hear puppies barking from inside your car. These puppies are all in cages in a garage in the home. I counted at least 88 puppies they have for sale on their website. 88 puppies in a garage?? You've got to be kidding me. Not only that, but these are not 8 week old puppies, these puppies are on average 4-5 months. I asked them if they begin to potty train these puppies since they're starting to get older, they said no. So that means these puppies are just left in their cages to pee on themselves. And they overprice you by far. Selling a 4-5 month old puppy for more than you would find an 8 week old puppy from a respectable breeder is ridiculous. They'll offer to take $50 right off the price from the get-go, do not be fooled. Still a terrible deal. Do not do business with this puppy mill. You can find a breeder who is knowledgeable and cares for the puppies they breed. This place is all about the profits. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, do business with this puppy mill!!! read more

I have mixed feelings about Little Puppies Online. On one hand, they gave me my little best friend 5 years ago (a Morkie who was named Blush, but I renamed Lady). On the other hand, I suspect that they are selling puppy mill puppies. I picked her up in the Mount Vernon location, and yes the living room is clean and homey. But I didn't ask to see her parents, nor the area where the puppies are kept in- and I wish I had. If you plan to buy from here, please ask to see the parents and where the puppies are kept. Lady is physically very healthy, but started having behavior problems a few months after I got her. I've spent over $2000 in her lifetime on in-home behavior training, board-away training, Puppy Prozac and anti-anxiety meds in hopes to help her. She is sweet as pie to me and to people, but she has severe anxiety about unknown dogs- and she gets very aggressive towards them in public (yes, my 7 lb Morkie will growl and lunge at 100-lb Rotweiler or Pitbull, yapping at the top of her lungs). She's also extremely anxious about traveling, and separation from me- shaking uncontrollably for hours at a time. It is impossible to know what caused this extreme anxiety, but my vet did ask if there was a chance I bought her from a puppy mill. I didn't think so, but now I wish I had been a little more thorough. Just make sure to visit before you buy, and find out more about where the puppies are kept, and how the parents are treated. read more

My Great Danoodle ( Great Dane x standard poodle) arrived a couple days ago.. He's a lovely confident pup with lots of energy and he's so smart, picking up the potty training very quick which I expected from the breeds! The whole process was easy and very convenient, however the only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because I don't feel that they were honest about the age of my puppy.. Going by what is written on his paperwork he is nearly 4 months but going by his size/weight and his teeth he's only about 11 weeks. I know a lot about both Great Danes and Standard poodles having owed both from puppies, so this was easy for me to spot.. A first time puppy owner perhaps not. None the less a younger puppy is totally fine by me I'm just not sure why they would be dishonest about his age? read more

Got my Yorkie poo from here 2 years ago. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Our yorkie is full of life and the kids love him so much. We decided to get another yorkie-poo. The only reason this is not a one star is because they are refunding the money for my puppy. Speaking with the owner of the company in November she said she had only heard of five (5) of her puppies having a collapsed/collapsing trachea. Telling my Vet this, she was astonished and felt that was fulsified. The young lady who answered the phone couldn't even give me a time frame as to when I could expect a return call. Ironically, my "testimonial" never ended up on their website. convenient. I love my puppy and am so happy to have him. However, the communication end on their part is great to sell a puppy. Needs a ton of follow up work on the buyer's part to make sure questions and commitments are answered and upheld. It's been a week now and all I know is I am being refunded. I asked what form and when it would be processed and have not heard back. It also took two weeks to learn I would be refunded. HUMMMMM. I have mixed reviews about my experience with Little Puppies Online. We purchased a Cavachon, He was suppose to come to us on a Saturday, but because of the extreme heat and airline policies, he had to wait until the following Wednesday to travel. I totally understand and was thankful they were looking out for the puppies health. Little Puppies was good about communicating this to us. The issue we had was that he came to us with kennel cough, which concerned me, because his shot records indicated he had the bordetella vaccine. I spoke with Nathan at Little Puppies on Line and it felt like to me that he shrugged it off. He said it was like a cold in puppies, to just monitor him and he should get over it. I spoke to the Vet, and they stated that puppies don't just get over kennel cough, that it should be treated by medication. So it was $100 out of pocket for the Vet visit and medication to treat the Kennel cough. I paid what I consider quite a bit of money for a healthy puppy. I understand that with live animals, things come up. In fact the Vet stated that kennel cough has a 7 day incubation period, so Little Puppies may have sent him to us unaware that he had kennel cough. But it was, what seemed to me, his unwillingness to help that hit me wrong. At the very least, he could have sent me medication, or offered to reimburse me for the cost of the medication to treat the cough. Not a very good customer experience. With that said, the cough has been treated and we now have a healthy Cavachon, and we couldn't be happier with him. He is exactly what we were looking for, so for that, I have to say thank you to Little Puppies Online for having the perfect dog for us. read more

We purchased what was supposed to be a Morkie for $750....but the vet informs us she is part poodle!! On top of that, she has trachea problems and always will; she is 2 years old now and came home with kennel cough. This company is only a dealer....they do not breed the dogs they told me when I asked to see the parents when we bought her. I suggest they change breeders!!! We love our Lulu but could have purchased a mutt at a shelter for a lot less money! read more

My puppy was given the name Annie but was changed to Jerzey. She is precious and just like a baby. On the website it said she was 4 months but she was really 13 weeks at the time but I don't think they really knew for sure. I wanted a 4-5 month old because my chocolate Yorkie is 5 months. One day she was playing and then it slowed down after she got a cough which got a little rough on her. We took her to the vet a week later which seemed like it got worse having to wait, to find out she had bronchitis as well as not having all her shots that LPO said they had given her. So of course we had to pay for a service they said they had already done. My vet said she was healthy. LPO says to buy the food they have, don't buy it especially if you're going to give them some other food after a week. They said to wait a week to take them to the vet because they may be stressed or what not, take them a couple days later to make sure they are good. Don't wait a week. Don't buy anything else extra unless it's the replace the puppy which I didn't get. It's all a waste of time and you can find something that cheaper. The owners were nice. I paid 1,064 for this dog because I though the stuff they recommended was necessary but I wasn't. She was originally 699, see how that went up so fast. We bought 2 puppies from this company and day 3 that we had them we noticed they were not eating and both very lethargic. I took them to the vet to get checked out (which violates the rules in the warranty) and they both tested positive for parvo. They were very sick dogs. I took them to animal hospital where they did a "parvo protocol" and it was $3000 for treatment of each dog. total of $6000. Asked the breeder to help pay for the vet bills since he sent us sick puppies and he refused. One of them died even with the $3000 treatment. Nathan Bazler the breeder offered to refund us for the dead dog but the vet bills of $6000 he refused to help us with. I investigated further and this is not the first time this breeder has sold sick puppies. Our hearts are broken over the death of our little puppy and now we are financially strapped because of the $6000 in vet bills. read more
