It will be hard to take our dog back to Puppy's Palace. The owner never sticks to an appointment. She states it will be one and a half hours, but she often starts after she has had our dog for an hour and a half and we have to wait while she actually washes and cuts her. This last time the hair cut was terrible. Her ears and the top of her head looked like she had chewed the hair off. There were long hairs on her ear and they were very uneven. There was a clump of hair by her elbow and her feet were not trimmed. Her coat was very uneven all over. Put all this with the bad attitude she has and it makes it frustrating and disappointing to go there. read more
