I've been going to this salon for over 7 years, and I can confidently say it's one of my favorite places. Rebecca, the owner and my stylist, is truly exceptional, professional, incredibly accommodating, and always willing to work with me to find appointment times that fit my schedule. Beyond her talent, she is one of the kindest people I know, which makes every visit such a positive experience. Over the years, I've seen so many women leave the salon with stunning haircuts and color, not only from Rebecca, but from the other stylists as well. The level of skill across the salon is consistently impressive. The pricing is also very fair for the area, especially considering the quality of work and experience you receive. The salon itself is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed. It's clear how much effort Rebecca has put into creating a relaxing and welcoming space over the years, it truly shows! I feel pricing is not very clear. I had never been here before and booked a full highlight which showed as being $150 on the company's website. I went to pay and was charged $235. I asked if the toner was extra at that point and was told yes. That would have been nice to know beforehand, especially since I booked online thinking I would be charged $150. I have never been anywhere that charged separate for toner when getting highlights. I could just have done the toning myself if I had known ahead of time. Plus, I was only there a total of two hours, so a 70 dollar charge for a service that did not extend the time of my appointment for highlights is ridiculous. I paid and left then looked over the website and saw that I didn't make an error in booking. I tried to follow up with the owner by calling and texting, as she has her contact info listed on the website. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it at the salon and wanted to discretely ask the owner because I thought I might potentially want to go back for highlights with no toner if the charge was truly accurate (the stylist I saw is newer to this salon, so wanted further confirmation they charge separate for toner). It's been 3 days since I first tried to contact the owner and still no response. I love how my hair turned out but won't be going back due to lack of responsiveness from the owner. That is even more upsetting to me than the stylist not informing me I would be paying more than what was listed on my booking. Lack of transparency and poor customer service contribute to the low rating here. Nice atmosphere in the salon though and I was happy how my hair turned out. Pretty overpriced though. read more

We come to Montana every summer for a month and I don't know how I've never found this little place, but I'll never go anywhere else! The salon is absolutely darling and I received one of the best mani/pedis I've ever had!! She beats all the people I've ever been to in big cities and I'm so grateful she had an opening! WOW. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Rebekah is amazing!! She is a sweetheart and genuinely cares that you're getting what you want! I showed her some photos of what I was thinking and she figured out what was best for my hair. My hair was FRIED after having it bleached and cruddy products applied. I have been to Pura Vida several times to have my face waxed. The lady who did it was excellent so the $40 price was well worth it. Unfortunately she left the salon so I made an appointment with someone else. It is the worst eyebrow waxing I have ever had. I didn't realize how bad until I got home and was able to really look at them. They are totally uneven and horribly shaped with patches that are almost bare. To top it all off, I was charged $55 when all I had waxed this time were my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin. Obviously no one at the salon checks to see if the people they hire are capable of performing the services offered. A truly horrible and expensive experience. read more

Went for a root touch up and cut. My appointment was messed up but the owner - Lisa - took me and did my roots along with wash and straightening for the weekend. She had me come back to fix my color, which I have had issues with my stylist in South Carolina. Experience was amazing. My hair is no longer brassy and she gave recommendations for future cuts and color. Staff may be young and changing but the owner is there and willing to help with any questions! Decided to try a new salon. Bad move on my part. I went in the week before to book and check out the place--looks great. Told the girl I needed my hair "fixed" as it was out of control..We laughed and I booked an appointment. Showed up this morning and the very nice young woman puts me in a chair and discusses my cut request.then grabs the scissors and goes at it. HUH??? no washing, just cutting the dry hair??? I was so surprized and thought wow we are going shorter so maybe she will wash after. No styling, no washing.just snip and heres the door! This is a spa??? not a Walmart clip joint??? huh? She says I didn't wash so I will take a few bucks off...I am so shocked I pay and leave...HORRIBLE ..I have no clue about how I wll like the haircut until I wash and style it. AVOID this place if you want a professional spa treatment. I see others talking about great products..I have no clue as I wasn't offered anything but a way to the door after the blunt cut..hoping I can style it without seeing how and what a pro did as we took alot off of it and there are still bed crunches in the hair from last night read more
