All that was needed was patience, compassion and honest communication. She couldn't understand the strong accents of the workers and she felt helpless when the doors were hung in the wrong direction. This situation was so very sad and didn't need to have been so negative. I would never recommend this company if only due to the administrative department. I had called on my mom's behalf to get any licenses that Mike Troutt had regarding this install. However, the only response was NOT receiving a return call and having Window World call my mom to tell her they were done working with her. This was unprofessional because I had just called to see if the repair parts were in and was told YES and scheduled an appointment for May 9, 2025 am. All of this situation falls under taking advantage of an elderly, confused woman. FYI all she wanted was to feel safe in her house with new strong doors and feel like she was being heard with the workers that showed up. Shame on you!

The windows were installed in several visits as they arrived (not at once)…read more The installers did not speak English but did manage to scratch my floors and damage my furniture (no protection was used), lose a window and screen, damage window sills, damage the exterior stucco, leave debris and scraps scattered everywhere, use two different color caulks, and leave the installed windows filthy. The fit and finish of the windows is unimpressive (marks and paint on the white frames, insulation hanging out, very rough edges). Finally, I had to repeatedly call to find when the job was going to be finished; they only called when they wanted money. Go elsewhere; anywhere else.

We purchased a home in Paducah in mid-March. The week we closed a tornado came through which…read morecaused damage to the roof of the home we were in the midst of purchasing. I called a handful of roofing companies and Audrey with Resistant Roofing was one of the first ones to return my call. I explained my situation that we lived 1200 miles away and the house we were purchasing had roof damage, she personally went over, inspected the roof, and immediately sent over a quote. Upon arriving in Paducah after our purchase the first night we were there it rained quite a bit and the roof leaked. I called and spoke with Audrey asking when we were scheduled for them to install our new roof explaining that the roof was leaking. She scheduled one of her crews to get us under a new roof before the next batch of storms were rolling in! The crew was amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up well when they were finished. There was a satellite dish that we requested to be removed with the new roof however, they weren't aware of that and re-installed it when they were finished. One of the crew asked if we were up and running with the satellite and we explained that it was not supposed to be re-installed. They were packed up and ready to leave but they had someone get out a ladder, remove the dish, and replaced the shingles instead of doing a patch job to cover up the holes. DO…read moreNOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want left with a home that is in worse condition then when you called this man John to come fix your home. Things were broken and tried to be hid from us, thousands of dollars spent on repairs on things that were broke due to his lack of caring. John actually sat and told my husband and myself that he was just trying to cut corners and save money. We had a dishwasher leak in our home causing major damage to floors and drywall, this man was trying to just slap new drywall up with screws and not tape and mud and not paint stating that we could just buy wider baseboards. Then the company he called to get cheap removal of our HVAC and Hot water heater units blew our hot water heaters and did not take out properly that cost us over $7,000.00. He broke all of our baseboards and then tried to DUCK TAPE them back together and threw them in our garage on TOP of our glass top range which also had to be replaced due to him. Also had to call in a cleaning company as he did not seal off ANYTHING in our home properly and had drywall dust and not to mention whatever one of his workers left in out toilet that was deemed hazardous material by the cleaning company that we had to hire ourselves to clean HIS MESS!!! Also having to replace furniture as he put our things in storage pods in the yard with no care at all and actually used DUCT TAPE to tape drawers on wood furniture shut..... Had to pay out of pocket for the storage pods and actually spoke to the owner of the storage pod company and he has stopped renting to this company due to NON PAYMENT from this man as he doesnt pay and then makes the homeowners pay the bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Do research he closed his buisness that was 911 restoration due to bad reviews and being a shady person and opened under the Restoration Connection. I wish that we would have researched more on this man. I hope Karma comes for you John!!!!!
