Update: delivery did arrive at 5:20. Chris, who made the delivery, was great. Delivered the 15' roll, and told us to keep the 12' roll. He made everything right. I just wish that when I called earlier, that the gal had checked and had given me a real time estimate of delivery time. I had dealt with Chris when I had picked up the original rolls. He's always been helpful and customer oriented. Bought three remnant rolls, 2 were suppose to be 12' long and one was supposed to be 15' long. When we unrolled them the next week, we had three 12' rolls. Called the office and arranged for them to pick up one of the 12' rolls and leave a 15' roll. Delivery days was this afternoon. By 3:20 I called to get an update on the delivery. Without checking any information, I was told they should be here in about 20 minutes. It is now after 5:00, the office is closed and no delivery has arrived. read more

I saved y'all the trouble of driving around to multiple places here in town...look no further their price, quality, and service plain and simplest the best! My backyard(hired someone) and front yard (did my self after watching how my backyard was done) constantly looks beautiful. It has been over a year and maybe once used simple green for my backyard to clean the smell of my dogs( 2 small breed), don't be cheap and make sure you get the Hero Fill the green one meant for pets $20 a piece . Never got to check out the warehouse due to closure from COVID. I dealt with the reps via chat and phone call. They helped me select the perfect grass for what I was purchasing it for. I placed the order online and within the week they called me to let me know it had arrived at the warehouse. I went to pick it up and the guy rolled out with my turf roll and loaded it into my truck. This review is for the post customer service, not the product. I was so disappointed when the artificial turf did not arrive as scheduled nor did anyone from PG call to let me know they change the delivery to the next day which caused an added expense to reschedule the installers. Only the artificial grass was delivered, no nails... no green fill were included in the delivery that was prepaid. I called PG numerous times to check on the status of the missing material. And when someone from PG finally delivered the nails and fill late evening, they just left in front of the side gate. I did not know the delivery had occurred. I bought a few Soles outdoor solar lights from Purchase Green and could not be happier with how bright they get at night. I was looking into small yet bright outdoor solar lights under $200 each so I could light up certain areas of my walk-way at night without going too much out of my budget. What interested me about this particular solar light was its size, how fast it could charge, how long it could hold a charge, its brightness (Lumens, usually seen on light bulb packaging - the higher the brighter) & that it came with a 2 year warranty. As you can see in the attached picture, it gives off a good brightness without being too bright or too dim - it's the perfect balance for my needs :) FYI: Keep in mind once you charge the light; be sure to press the switch behind the black rubber washer. Though the setup & install was easy, I made a mistake not hitting the switch thinking it may have been defective but it was my user error thankfully & all of the solar lights I ordered continue to work perfectly. read more

I struggled on laying down some turf that I picked up Thursday and I came in Friday after work the manager said you got to try this tool take it for a couple hours it'll make a difference night and day just bring it back first thing in the morning. He was right it did make a huge difference. Don't let yourself think that you don't need a power broom! Properly laying down your infill evenly is the finishing touch and critical to a beautiful long lasting turf.. in this hot weather the manual labor without the power room would have been devastating and I just wouldn't have done it and I would have been unhappy with the project. I borrowed it for a couple hours brought it back and of course I'll only buy everything I need for any turf projects from this team here. Great customer service and awesome hours actually achievable. I'm not sure how the young woman that assisted me did it, but I gave her a very general idea of the area that I wanted to cover and she worked it out for me perfectly to the inch! I came in to buy some remnants that day for the back yard, but hadn't really taken the time to figure it all out. No exaggeration, she nailed it. She's amazing. While I was waiting, I watched and listened to another team member assisting customers. His advice and information was geared to the customer's interests and questions. He was very honest and only seemed to want to help regardless of whether the customer wanted a small piece of turf for a pet, large cut for a project, or even if they weren't going to buy anything and just had questions. He, also, gave great advice and tips to a customer that was installing his own turf and had stopped in to buy some bender board. They were all so honest letting me know about different things that I may run into handling or using the remnants such as slight color variances or staples from the rolls, which I really appreciated. I was also told that one of my orders was 6" smaller than originally thought and I could receive a refund if that wouldn't work for me. Then, he brought out one of the bigger rolls that I had ordered and measured it. It turned out that there was about an extra 6" which made the project doable. Even the person that brought out the heavy rolls to my car really went out of the way to help me. I couldn't have gotten the rolls home without his help. He was so kind. My purchase was small, complicated, and caused them to do a lot of work, and their good work ethics and spirit shined through despite that. The honesty, integrity, and hard work of this team left me feeling like I had the most positive, incredible customer service experience that I can recall in years. They have a variety of turf on display to see, touch, and compare samples. This is a real plus if you are in the beginning stages of planning a project and don't know a whole lot about artificial turf, like me. Internet searches do not give you a true visual for the grass types. It's much simpler and faster to come in and feel the weight and thickness, see the real color of the grass, and compare them side by side. The prices are very reasonable, too.
