I have been a client since they opened and have enjoyed many of the services they offer. The space itself is beyond beautiful (as are the employees) with a welcoming ambiance. I am treated kindly from arrival to departure. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist. Mary Hazan is my absolute favorite. I'm biased of course since I have been going to her for over 10 years. Everything is so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing (hence the name) and the staff are all so welcoming and hospitable. They treat you like royalty. Pure Aesthetics is the most highly regarded MedSpa in Gainesville. Ive been a client for about 3 years, and all of my experiences there have been top notch. The staff is friendly and calls you by name when you enter. Their brand new facility is #aestheticsgoals - spacious, clean, and luxe. They provide a wide array of services, and the providers are always punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The services can be pricey, but I feel the overall experience is worth it. Laser hair removal is life changing. I had my first area done with Lindsey about two years ago and had fantastic results. No more shaving! I am in the process of my second area. I have very sensitive skin so when I shave I get razor bumps and red marks. Laser provided me with super smooth, hairless skin with no red bumps! I can wear shorts again! And even though my skin is sensitive, laser does not bother my skin or cause any irritation. I'm signing up for another two areas. I only wish I knew about this years ago. read more

There is something wrong with the business model here. I've had two treatments and both were unsatisfactory. In addition, multiple appointments were screwed up. I made a trip for nothing after they asked me to confirm--they messed up my appointments. They overcharge compared to other places offering the same services. Also their administration of treatments is faulty I now have two permanent dents on my face from their treatments. I paid for another treatment that was completely ineffectual. I did not even feel the device on my skin, I experienced no swelling, no redness, no indication whatsoever that any treatment had been performed--I mean nothing compared even to some of the regular use topicals I use. I complained and the manager offered me a second free treatment, but after I arrived and waited more than an hour, the manager could not get the machine to work. It was very disappointing. These devices have complicated physics and the people who use them do not have degrees. I don't think they understand anatomy and physiology, chemistry, physics, or the math of what they are using. I also don't think they understand that when a client pays close to $1000 they expect something useful and effectual in return. The prices they charge are outrageous. I don't think they should be charging so much if they have such limited knowledge. I don't see how they can stay in business. If they treat everyone the way that they treat me, they will fail. Let this organization learn from its mistakes. I've been getting filler and other treatments for decades and this place is by far the absolute worst. Take your business elsewhere. read more
