Very happy with the services I've received at Pure Bliss! On my most recent visit I booked a Deluxe Eminence back facial. Our backs are probably one of the most neglected parts of our body. The whole process was relaxing and rejuvenating. My service included microdermabrasion and an enzyme peel which made my skin feel amazing! Eminence is a great skin care line that I've been using for many years. They now offer a monthly membership for $59 which you can choose a 60 minute massage or a 60 minute facial. I definitely took advantage of this because it will force me to take some time to relax. Other perks of the membership includes 10% off other services and 15% of products purchased. They are a full service spa and discounts will come in handy! They are open 7 days a week which is nice and have hours that suit anyone that has a 9-5 job and needs a late appointment. read more

I love Melody at Pure Bliss! I had no idea this place even existed but I had asked for recommendations on Facebook and was referred by a friend. Not only is Melody friendly and good at what she does - she also makes me feel like I am in another place. It's to tranquil and relaxing there - even if she and I are chatting though my whole service I still feel relaxed. The facility is so cute and very clean. One of the things I particularly like is they use the Vagaro app for scheduling. So I can easily select times they fit my schedule. And if I need to make a change I can easily go in and move things around. Even after hours. I have purchased skincare products, had facial and eyebrow services. Next up... massage! read more

My girlfriend came here to get waxed and get her eyelashes lifted. The esthetician Crystal did good waxing but ended up tinting her eye lashes and charging her for it when she only wanted the lift. Not even 5 minutes after getting home from the place she gets a call from them telling her she needs to come back because they accidentally gave her an employee discount. I went back with her hoping I could let them know that calling their "returning customer" to come back and pay the extra money due to their mess up isn't right. The esthetician (Crystal) continued to argue that my girlfriend hadn't paid for the full service when after leaving the first time she did indeed pay for the service. The right thing for the place to do would be to just eat the cost. They messed up and wanted my girlfriend to fix their screwup. All in all I would say lousy customer service! read more

Went in at 9:30 for a message and facial combo. Olivia was my masseuses, I suffer terrible migraines and tightness in my shoulders and neck. She did a fantastic job and even messaged my feet. She was very friendly and professional, and left me very relaxed. My next area was to Katie for a facial. I have an allergy to an ingredient commonly found in skin products. Katie went out of her way to look for products I could use. She did a very relaxing facial and hand message. I would highly recommend both of them, and Pure Bliss. read more

Good experience here. Came in because of psoas muscle pain. Left overall feeling a little better. Couple hours go by and I'm itchy. I don't remember her name but she used peppermint oil. I wasn't aware that you can get an allergic reaction to something that quick. I've never had an allergic reaction to peppermint. Not saying Google is a doctor or anything like that but it said it's called contact dermatitis. I'm itchy everywhere I touch because I forgot that the peppermint oil was still on my skin when I started to feel itchy after I started scratching. Don't really have anything else to add. read more

My wife and I had massages at this spa today. Mine was awful. I've had many massages over the years by a variety of therapists. They ranged from so so to amazing. This was the worst. So bad that I did something I've never done before. I didn't tip. The high point for me? the heated pad on the table. My wife said her massage was "ok" but she was cold towards the end. Setting up the appointment was quick and painless. Going inside I noticed that it was beautiful, clean and the receptionist was very friendly! I went in for a full Brazilian wax which she stated that she has done before numerous times. The room was clean and her customer service was good. The temperature of the wax was just right for me. As she started to apply I could feel that this wasn't something she does as much as she says she does. I left there sore, came home and still had long hairs in numerous different places. Also, they over charge. Where I've been going for the past 5 years the price has only gone from $35 to $42. They charged me $70! I couldn't believe it! People only choose this place because it's the only option in this city for a Brazilian. I feel like they also charge that much because they know they are the only ones in town performing that service and that's ridiculous. read more

I went by with my Sister to try the salt booth. I'm very claustrophobic but the booth has windows in it. Whitney was awesome. She explained the process and I was fine. My sinuses feel better already.
