Steven comes every 2 weeks to take care of the lawns at my primary residence and my temporary rental house. He is hardworking, dedicated, shows up when he says he will, & does excellent work at both properties for a very reasonable price. In addition, I am disabled & have asked Steven to spray my rental house for bugs that the yard was infested with when I moved in. He did that at no charge to me. Two months ago, my neighbor suggested this company, and I gave them a call. He came and gave me a fair quote. Since my front yard and backyard was horrible, he said fixing it might take 2-3 treatment. He did two treatments, and only a few things changed. Then he came to my house to talk about my lawn. He told me I should do reseeding if possible because many parts of my lawn were dead. I told him to send me an inspection report to convince my construction guy before the warranty ends. He said he would definitely do that and told me to wait until Monday! (2 days) And I waited until Monday nothing was sent. Then I started texting him very politely once a day to remind him of the inspection report. But he kept ignoring me. After five days, he said he would send me Monday again. (after two days) And, of course, I didn't get anything and waited another week. And nothing changed. He kept ignoring me for 17 days! And I had to find another company. Then I informed this guy about my decision, and he didn't even apologize because he wasted my time. He just said pay your last bill, and we are cool. Pretty interesting. It was like I wasn't his customer, and he didn't do anything wrong. Anyway, I had a terrible experience with this company. FYI.
