I had searched up dermatologist and acne specialist in my area and this spot popped up. I ended up giving it a shot, and ever since that first consult, I knew I was in good hands. I started with the acne program and then eventually graduated to the more "fancy" facials. After about a year everyone in my family noticed such a big difference. My specialist Iryna (love you girl) is the sweetest, most calm and patient person ever. This is both The Acne Spot and Taylor'd Skin Studio, with everything sharing one lobby. It's very relaxing in all areas including the lobby and the facial rooms. I ended up getting the membership that included one custom facial among other things like the red light therapy. The lobby is where the Glow Your Own Way red light therapy stations are and it's just as relaxing as inside the rooms. I am absolutely furious with my eyebrow wax. I declined multiple times because I prefer to do my own. She insisted she would not change the shape and would just clean up. My eyebrows are completely ruined. She overly thinned them, shortened them, they're different lengths from the center, reduced my arch, and have completely different angles. After crying most of yesterday because it's my face, I'm just livid every time I look in the mirror. I'm mostly angry at myself for letting her pressure me. I'm just hoping that they grow back nicely and not patchy so I can fix them. Now, I have to deal with months of the awkward growing out phase if they grow back properly with any luck.
