Came in for an event they were having on 03/03/2024. We called because we were coming from Clovis, CA. The woman who answered the phone stated the event just started and at that time it was 3 and was going to last until 5-5:30. Everyone was packing up and leaving by 4:10. When we arrived, there was 2 Photo Booth vendors, 1 photographer vendor, and 1 dj vendor. That was it. There didn't seem to be any kind of organization. There were dresses on racks on one side of the building and dresses on mannequins right in front of the racks. No room to look and browse. There were stairs leading to the second story but wasn't sure if we were able to look. We asked if we can get help with finding a dress. The woman behind the back counter stated today was the last day of the sale and that they were very busy. Another woman also wanted to have her daughter try on a dress in hopes of purchasing one today to take advantage of the sale but was told they were too busy due to the event going on. How is one supposed to spend $800+ on a dress today and not have their daughter get any kind of assistance. Makes no sense. I had high hopes for this place. read more

DO NOT BUY A DRESS HERE!! PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS. DO NOT PAY SO MUCH ON DRESSES AT THIS STORE GO TO LOS ANGELES!!! ONWER WILL LIE TO YOU!! LIES AFTER LIES I ordered my dress FEBRUARY 3rd of 2024, we PAID EXTRA for FAST SHIPPING cause we planed my party a little late which took place in EARLY OCTOBER. BUT the owner said she would be able to get it in on time and we were okay with that, as long as I had my dress for my photoshoot. She told us she would have my dress MID TO ENDING AUGUST!! MIND YOU WE PAID EXTRAAA FOR FAST SHIPPING. I went to Los Angeles on September 7th to get a few things i needed for my party and we were honestly considering getting a backup dress because she had lied to us TWICE, saying she would have my dress this certain week but never came and then she said "oh maybe next week" and STILL didn't come UNTIL SEPTEMBER 10TH! On September 7th, the day we went to LA we encountered a store selling BEAUTIFUL DRESSES!! We told her our situation because of our consideration of the second dress AND she told us that the dress SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THAT MUCH!! because it WAS NOT make by a professional like some dresses are and go for 2000+. The nice LA lady had have the same dress(minor differences) for CHEAPER!! HALF OF WHAT WE PAID HERE!!! This store literally ROBS THE HECK OUT OF YOUUU!! Please look in Los Angeles they have more and beautiful options there!!! This store owner WILL LIE, my cousin had a same encounter where her dress DID NOT ARRIVE on time for her day and she ordered it a YEAR BEFORE HER PARTY!! read more

Good deals though I would say on the items they do sell. The one thing I did not like when shopping here is when I went to pay with my debit card the lady which I am sure is the owner wanted to write down all the info on my card I politely asked for my card back and payed cash instead. My…read morewedding was November of 2019 and LBD took care of my dress, one of my bridesmaid's dresses, and a tuxedo for my daughter. The experience for my daughter and I was perfect. We are a bit unconventional: I didn't want a white dress and my daughter didn't want a dress at all, so we had some issues at other places. Particularly for my daughter, who seemed to scare the heck out of any guy working at a tux shop when he realized he'd have to measure her. Thank goodness we found LBD where they fitted her for a tux that she loved with no problems. I ended up with a bridesmaid dress since I didn't want white, but they recommended a seamstress who helped me embellish it into just what I wanted. The missing star is for my bridesmaid's experience. When she tried the sample on in the store, it fit like a dream, it was just the wrong color. It would seem when they put the order in, they ordered the wrong size completely (an 8 instead of a 6) and since it took 3 months to get there, we had to have it severely altered just to fit, which was sad for my friend because she had planned to alter it into something she would wear again and again, but all her alteration budget went to making it fit instead. She did reach out to the owner to try and get them to make it right in some way. Unfortunately, they took no responsibility for the mistake, and dismissively gave her $50 for alterations. Alterations which ended up costing $110 after it finally fit. So I guess it just depends. I had a great time with this business, my best friend not so much.

Not my fault it got lost. If you're looking to rent from here, it's not a reliable place like it used to be. So incredibly frustrated. 110% do not recommend

Approximately 15 minutes later, I returned to find that my vehicle had been towed. I was later informed that a neighboring business enforces towing for vehicles parked in their designated area. Unfortunately, the posted signage was unclear as to which parking spaces belonged to which business, which led to the misunderstanding. Despite this situation being completely out of Fresno Coin Gallery's control, the owner demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. He personally drove me to the tow yard to retrieve my vehicle and then to the insurance office so I could obtain a copy of my registration, as I had recently renewed it and did not yet have the physical copy. In addition, he paid the $600 towing fee out of his own pocket. This experience speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer service. I am extremely grateful for his help and generosity, and I will absolutely continue doing business with Fresno Coin Gallery. I highly recommend them to others.
