I always ask for Stacey, who is a professional and friendly stylist, and who is very good at listening to what I would like to have done, making helpful suggestions, and delivering a great result. Not like some places, where the stylist goes ahead and does what they want with your hair! The salon has a welcoming environment, and is reasonably priced. I recommend Beyond the Fringe to anyone in the Eltham area.

I did not know much about the hair weaving procedure so could have easily been misadvised to increase the amount I would pay for the service however Nina gave me excellent advice prior to the visit, informed me the process and broke down the pricing. I was super impressed before even getting my hair done. The appointment took place at Nina's house as the salon was being refurbished. My hair was done in under two hours, the quality of the hair used was fantastic and it looked amazing. I have had sooooo many compliments about my hair and despite spending six weeks in Grenada brushing, swimming, washing and styling the hair it still looks great. I have recommended Sen Style to everyone I know and will be going back myself soon

My hair is thin, dull and without volume. For years I have tried to improve by dying it and it clearly didn't do it any good. The other week I decided to do a bit of research about hair extensions as I have always wanted long luxurious hair but knew nothing about it and didn't want to damage my hair further. I found Mimi's website and I liked the fact that she was insisting on taking care of the hair and no causing any damage. Then i checked where she was and she was very close to home, so I emailed her!! (By the way, she is right by Cyprus on the DLR) I went to visit her for a consultation, discussed options, looked at different hair and hair colour, learnt A LOT of things and took an appointment. Appointment day arrived and my dream came true!! I've got hair!! A lot of it!! And long!!! She said the top stylist was off sick (why was I not phoned that morning or told when I first walked in!) and a junior stylist would ATTEMPT to cut my hair. I said I was really worried about a junior stylist ATTEMPTING to cut my hair! The receptionist paused, then said very unconvincingly 'It SHOULD be ok'. Needless to say I walked out. They are NOT professionals at all. A total sham!
