Purchased 2 pre-rolls. Went to light the first and the entire cherry fell out causing the remains to spill on the floor. Contacted the store spoke with manager Blake was told theres nothing he could do. Customer service us everything and a good name is even better. For something as small as a pre-roll the correct thing would be to replace. All though it's a small matter its still the principle. Unfortunately they were not willing to retain me as a client. Since I've started working as Security for Pure Options I've noticed two things; I can count of my managers to not only listen to comments, questions and concerns, but to actually hear them and implement changes to policies when needed, and that whenever I need help, or I'm unsure of what to do, my managers can always be reached and will help without judgement or retaliation, which is a big thing for me. In the entire time I've worked in the Security field I've never worked for a company as fun and as great as Pure Options. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had shopped at Pure Options before and disliked the whole vibe and the attitude of indifference that many employees had. Stopped shopping there after they gave me the wrong items in an order and acted like it was no big deal. Saturday I was in town for a brief visit and thought I would try delivery service because I was short on time. This store was new in the area and it had a variety I wanted that my regular go to, Bazonzoes, didn't have. Order showed up okay but the card reader was very slow and the delivery guy wasn't sure the transaction had been captured. He ran it a second time and then went out to call the store to see if the transaction had gone through. He came back and told me I had been double charged but not to worry because the store would "tell you how to get your money back." I asked someone to call me to start the refund process. No one called. Sunday morning I called and was connected to store manager Ali. I explained the situation, she said she would call their credit card processor and call me back. No call back received. Monday I put a stop order on the transaction through my credit union, which will guarantee I get my money eventually if it comes down to it. On Tuesday I called and talked to Ali again. She said she didn't have an answer from the processors but she would have called me back and she was off yesterday so that's why she didn't call. She's sorry though. The driver was sorry too. Everyone I talk to is so sorry I feel like I'm talking to sulky teenagers who are sorry you're mad at them but don't care why you're mad. Apparently the idea of letting Monday's store manager know about the duplicate charge and asking them to continue the process was never considered. I wonder if everyone would be this laid back about the situation if they had been double charged more than $100. If I were to characterize Pure Options customer service philosophy I'd call it indifferent. There is no evidence that anyone gives a flying f*ck. read more

Employees hurried me, didn't wanna answer my questions about products even though I was clearly from out of state as they had my ID, and I think their weed looks better than it smokes so it's also misleading. The carts are meh and the edibles I got were meh. Will not be going back to a dispensary as I didn't like how I couldn't see the products or even actual pictures of the products. All they showed me was a picture on a computer screen with an all white background that looked like they had taken the picture from Leafly.com lol. Shopping experience was weak. read more

Great customer service. But horrible wax. Almost returned my wax but the manager was very courteous and sorted things out by giving me new grams. Talked to them on the phone before I came to pick up and specifically asked if the wax was golden and transparent and he said yes and I showed up and it looked like some cocoa pebbles. My roommates say their weed is decent but I will def not be coming back here for any wax. read more
