My husband was selling his F150 King Ranch truck to our son-in-law and decided we needed to have the dried drops removed from the hood. He buffed the hood and also worked on the rest of the truck to remove scratches. First and for most , I'm only giving this low rating because of how he handled business and because of the work that was done . I'm not a person who makes complaints so this is upsetting to me . My initial appt was set at 1:30 or 1:50. He was 2 hours late . I explained to him how dirty my car was and how I solely wanted to focus on my interior because it was really dirty . He sold me on what he could do and how it do it and it would look so much better . He asked me to "take" my car to one of his spots because my apartment didn't have a spout for him to use . I let him take my vehicle . But if your a "mobile detailer" why do you need to take my car ? He returned it 5 hours later . Now , I've had my car detailed before , 1 person by themselves took 3 hrs , he had two people cleaning my car and it took over 3 hrs . It was 8pm when it was returned and I could not notice anything wrong because it was dark and no light . The next morning , I analyze my detail and it's imperfections that I see that could be improved . My windows were not clean , the door jams still had cleaner on them , the trimming on my door was missing , i didn't have all 4 of my floor mats , only ONE , red dye had dyed my seats . To top it off , the pictures he sent me or my car once it was done , looked like he was at the car wash on highland springs . So I only assumed he didn't hand wash my car and ran it threw there because of how the water spots on my window looked . As if they didn't get a chance to dry . When I mentioned these things to him , he started to tell me how he should Have charge me more for what he did . I paid him 150$ , even if you "wanted" to charge me more , you still didn't fulfill the job of what I paid for . So I go back the next day and wait another 3 hours for him to try to fix the problem . He gives me my mats back , still Dirty and wanted me to come back the next day AGAIN because he had a new job to go to . But you didn't finish my job !!!! Some of The red stains were still there & they used glass cleaner to try get them out & when I questioned this , I was told it didn't matter what was used , as long as it came out . At this point I tell him I'm going to call the bank and request my money back because the job was not done the way I wanted . And he got All mad . He was very rude because he assumed I said something bad to him and I didn't . It's now been almost a week and he has giving me the run around about the missing door piece . He said he's been busy or he'll say he can order it and all these other excuses . I just want my part ! He is unprofessional , he talks to you crazy and he wanted me to give him "a break" . And I quote "this comes with detailing , it's not always going to be a 100% , you could give me a break , I still Did a good job" . I never said he didn't do a good job , because my car looked extremely different . It's the way he approached the situation . He says he takes pride in what he does and focused mainly on black cars and this is the outcome . I will NEVER use him again and I recommend no one use him if you truly want a good detail. read more

Chris did an amazing job on my 350Z! I've been battling hard water spots for years and I've NEVER been able to get them completely off. When it came back, I couldn't find one single spot!! He was able to pick my car up, knock the job out over night and brought it back the next day.
