Machines outside only fill 1 gallon at a time, if you're lucky. When the machine ate my money without credit I gave up and waited for the store to open. I finally gave up and left when no one showed up to open the place, 10 minutes after what it said on the door. Drive a few more blocks and save yourself the trouble. read more

This place is nasty and a rip off. Their cloth towels stinks like "soiled feet" (if you think I'm exaggerating, go see for yourself). Heck, I'm already home and I still smell the funk from my hands just because I touched their towels and I already wash/soap my hands. I can't stress it enough, how nasty it is. The worker said that they wash their towels every week (in which I highly doubt. I don't think these towels have ever seen the inside of a washer). But even so, these towels should be replaced at the end of EVERY day. Then their water faucets are squirting in different angles & directions. It just means that the mesh filter on their faucets have a lot of calcium deposits that needs to be cleaned. Their two (2) after hour dispensers outside, only 1 is working for about a year now and it will barely fill your 5-gallon container because it stops at about 2" below full-line. WinCo by Sheldon Ave. has a better water refilling station. For after hours, I recommend using the refill station outside of Safeway (right next to this place) for a more fair amount of water. read more

This place is a scam. I keep complaining to the owner at night time the salt servers price advertised 35% but when you put $0.50 and only gives you back $0.05 which makes it 45 cents a gallon. Why does it advertised $0.35 when it's $0.45 it just doesn't make sense don't buy water here because the owner does not take any action and looks like doesn't care read more

The best water store in elk grove!!! Dont need to go anywhere else they are the best very helpful. Sell really good ice and cheap as well

We love this place! I enjoy giving my family clean, pure water. If you buy in "bulk," you save a ton of money. They keep track of how much water you have purchased and mark it off their list when you come in and fill up. Yummy water! Great prices! I wish their caps were less expensive, but the actual water is perfect. read more
