A few feet of pole was buried in cement next to our driveway. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly (in the rain!) for an hour and a half! He dug around the cement, then used a jack hammer to break it up and release the pole. After it was out, he filled the hole with the dirt and rocks from the broken cement and hauled some of the larger rocks to our back yard. Because the pole was longer and heavier than we expected, we paid him extra to take it to the dump. He cleaned up all of the mess and was super polite. Oil leaks on the freshly sealed driveway, oil leaks on our neighbors driveway, The end of our driveway damaged multiple times from the Pristine Green truck and trailer backed over the the edge haphazardly. The lawn edging being scalped too closely during a drought. Clayton was responsive to our calls about damage and tried to mitigate the problems promptly. We did have issues with not being billed timely, or the owner providing a nonviable address to have our bill pay service send his checks. Perhaps your experience will be better than ours. We severed our relationship with him because He decided to not show up this year and could not be bothered to let us know or respond to our outreach. Not accustomed to conducting business like that. He was out the following Monday as promised and removed the tree. He hauled everything away and left the area clean of debris. I highly recommend Jeremy for tree work. His price was reasonable especially considering he had to climb 60+ feet to cut branches and the top of the tree.
