Tried to order products the company took my money but no order went through have contacted several times and been ignored since

Pros: -My first time in the shop yesterday, I was impressed with the juice and hardware selection. Lots of options to choose from, including dry herb vaporizers. -They've got a sofa, TV, a small counter with stools and iPads that I didn't use, and the shop part. Then they've got in another room a pool table and what looks like a bar! When I asked about it, they said they're going to be turning that section into a bar for customers. I am rather impressed; I've always wanted to find a shop that served alcohol and had pool tables. -I had bought juice there yesterday and, being in a chubby gorilla bottle, it exploded all over my lap and my vape in the car last night after they had closed. I took pictures and saved the bottle just in case I was given a hard time about asking for a replacement. I called today, and they said "Oh don't worry about the bottle and photos, we'll replace it for you. Do you want an empty 60ml as well?" I was thoroughly impressed. Didn't even ask for my receipt. -Staff is super friendly and seems quite knowledgeable. -They offer a punch-card rewards program! Neutral: -Prices are alright for what they're selling. At least for juice and dry herb vaporizers. I didn't take a look at the hardware prices. -I've seen better rewards programs at other shops, but I've also been to (and worked at) shops that didn't have any at all. Cons: -Rather a small store. I do hope they expand!!! -Parking lot is awkward to get out of, but that's not their fault. The location is an odd one. Again, not a con against the store though. Conclusion: This place has a lot of potential, not to say it's not great now. The guys there seem to know their stuff, and they're not stingy about replacing juice due to Exploding Chubby Gorillas. I'll have to see how the place is after the bar is open; then it'll probably be 5 Stars from me, especially if the prices and drinks are good! read more

Purity Vapor - They replaced the juice I bought yesterday after it exploded on me last night. No hassle at all! They even gave me an empty 60ml too - Vape Shops Near Me - Lady Lake, Florida

So decided to check out the local vape shop. Found Purity Vape and from previous review, thought this would be a good stop. Walked in, and there was a 9 year old sitting on the couch. That's a legal no-no. After going to many vape shops, the welcoming at Purity Vape was not very welcoming at all. The two employees looked up at us and merely nodded. When we asked for vape flavor suggestions, we were told: "We sell a lot of Devil's Punch." That was all. Even though we were the only other customers in the shop, the employees did not come over to chat or ask if we had any questions. Also they were selling clones for more than they were worth. Overall, it looked promising, but it was a boring experience, with unhelpful employees. read more

This is a small shop, but the owner was very helpful. My visit was to buy my first vaporizer and they helped me through the process of trying to figure out the best choice for a starter kit. read more

About the only place in town, Premium price for juice but, it is a place to get some juice for full retail +. Staff was not very interactive. Now I check vape and supplies twice before I come in to town. It is what it is. read more
