WOW! What surprise to be driving down the highway and a very unique "Cookies Thrift Store" pops up…read moreon the highway. It appears to be a small shop but is very large inside. Everything from shoes (only $1 a pair) to books (just 25 cents each), lots of toys and games, and a large room full of clothing (all well organized)! What a delight! I will be returning frequently! I found some unique decor items and nice puzzles and games.

I found Ralph Lauren polos for 2 bucks each and found kids clothes for .50 cents or less! Plus I love shopping for local schools and managed to find Morgan city tshirts, as well as Patterson high and CCHS. I wouldn't drive to morgan city from Dallas for this place but if you're already here and I have an hour to kill - highly recommended. 4 outta 5 only because selection is small. I found some tank tops labeled as 6.99 which I thought was pricey, but also saw some nice dresses for the same amount. I didn't take a look at the home goods but that's where most of the customers were browsing so perhaps it was better than the clothes selection.
