When you have all your intestines in your hernia and can only support them with a lousy 6 inches guess what happens? The belt buckles and leaves welts on your body. I even paid to have the belt adjusted but it was not an improvement. So after spending $500;$320 for the belt and $180 for the adjustment I got to suffer in a never ending catch 22. I needed to wear the belt so I could walk but couldn't wear it longer than a couple of hours at a shot b/c of the pinching and pain. Catherine - the fitter was a lovely person but they definitely need a new supply company that actually does a custom job! The sad truth is that I shopped around several medical supply stores and none of them could help me.

Glorious. I was instantly helped by two guys working, they seemed very nice. The store wasn't huge but it had everything you could need and all the basic goodness popeyes offers. What threw me off though was although they were gracious enough to offer me a sample of a BCAA for my workout, they charged me for it.. it was under $2 but I'm 100% sure this isn't a standard policy. I've tried many other popeyes in the Toronto area and not once have I been charged for a sample- I even went into a popeyes once and only asked if I could grab a sample of pre for my workout and they gave it to me and told me to have a nice day. This is the only popeyes I've ever been charged for a scoop of aminos; my boyfriend also agreed this is unheard of. I also bought a few protein bars and would've gotten at least 1 popeye dollar but they didn't even bring that up and I didn't think about it until later. So it was a positive but still weird experience, I don't really know what other options Ottawa has for supplements so this may be the best choice?

It's a yes if you buy a ring here as a memory of your time in Ottawa. If you are looking for a sweatshirt with Ottawa across the front, you won't find one here. This store had some cute purses. I liked a small purple one, but it was way too small for it to be functional. The earrings at this store were great. There were plenty of styles to choose from at decent prices. I ended up getting a pair of flip-flops earrings. They looked cute. I went to pay for my item. I asked the man what payment types he accepted. He said that he accepted everything. I loved that answer. I paid with a debit card. The transaction was smooth. I didn't need a bag. I placed my earrings in my purse, thanked the man, and happily left this store. The lady in the store's entrance was quite rude - without any signs of empathy for my case, she did not allow me to speak to the pharmacist and ran to get a sign saying there were no returns. I am a law abiding citizen and would never despute their rules, but I had wished to speak to the pharmacist so that in the future he could recomend to clients to search for the lotion's restrictions in the internet before spending almost $100.00.
