When he told me to come back I told him I would not because this was the second time I came by after work to try to get my hair cut and he completely ignored me. When I told him that he began to cuss at me and when I tried to walk away he continued to cuss and try to provoke me so when I turned around to say something about how poor of a customer service representative he was being he taunted me and tried to escalate it into a fight...Over a hair cut... And it was a spontaneous spur of the moment thing that we needed to get his haircut. The guys acknowledged us walking in even though they were fairly busy. I told them that it was only my son getting a haircut and they told me that they would fit him in as soon as they could. We waited for about 45 minutes. That being said, the results were completely worth it!! Angel was the guy to cut my son's hair this time around. The man was super patient and amazing with my son. Striking up conversation about school, toys, hobbies and things of that nature and making him feel as though he was right at home. Angel was able to take his time and get the cut the right way, which turned out amazing! We even went next-door to (Popeyes, great father son spot. If you ask me!) and grabbed lunch, a gentleman even asked where my son got his haircut and complimented him for having a nice clean cut. I can officially say that as a father, I have not had that experience anywhere. These guys are by far top-notch and highly recommended. We will continue to be repeat customers for sure!
