Dr. Rabban saw me right away when I had an emergency and got my care expedited coordinating with a oral surgeon. The staff here is very friendly and a lot of fun to be around. I felt well cared for and informed every step of the way. This is easily the best dental practice that I've ever had the pleasure to use. First, the office is EXTREMELY clean and very professional. I like the new style office where each patient area is in a defined space without having to be in a closed up room. They also have a slick tv screen for each dental chair, so you don't have to sit and stare at the drill the entire time. As for Dr. Brian Davidson's treatment expertise, I honestly have not ever been to a dentist that has ever given me as much confidence as he has. I have been to his office for routine repairs and emergency repairs, and every single time he has been extremely thorough and explained the procedures so that I can fully understand why he does things completely, rather than just fixing one tooth at a time. Dr. Amy has also helped to make my kids feel very comfortable in the dentist chair from a young age... which is always important to anyone looking for a good family dental center. I would imagine that it is easy to complain about services from your dentist given the nature of a dental visit... but I have to tell you, it is easy to recommend Dr. Brian and Dr. Amy Davidson.

I was skeptical when this petite female dentist came in, I questioned her strength based on a prior dentist who had a hard time getting a tooth out. Dr Yaldo was confident she could handle everything and said if I got uncomfortable during the process he would finish. I am not the type of person who thinks a woman can't do the job but she was very petite and said, "it's all in the technique!" She was right! I had been in excruciating pain, nausea and vomiting prior to the appointment. The next day I had hardly any discomfort after having 3 extractions. She was awesome and I am sorry I didn't get her name. Going back for crowns and a few other things but very pleased. I absolutely recommend this dental practice. Me and my mother went here last year, I came in for a cleaning and was told i needed to come back…read morefor 2 fillings so i did. as im getting these filled they tell me i actually need 4 extra on the other side of my mouth which i thought was weird because they always have told me all the fills i need during a cleaning appointment but i ignored it and setup another filling. we pre paid online for ALL of the fillings. during that appointment i get 1 filled and they said right after i should actually be good and to just keep an eye on the rest. refused to refund me for the fillings they never filled. My mom went in for a cleaning same day as me and also had to come back for fillings. she got them filled and everything was fine but after my experience i told her we NEEDED to switch. just had a dentist appointment today at a different office (burton dental AMAZING place i 100% suggest) and they told my mom she now needs a root canal on that exact tooth because they didn't take out the rotted part properly and just filled right over it! we are now 1,000 down because she now needs an entire operation when we went to avoid this exact issue. needless to say do not go to this office, the staff is nice but the work is terrible. if you wanna spend more money than you got and never get it back be my guest! we are contacting lawyers because of this.
