Wow.. Where to begin.. If it was possible I would give negative 5 stars. We were a party of 3 people who decided to eat lunch at this place, the place were empty when we arrived. We decided to go for the tapas, after all it is a tapas place. Service was ok at first, but when the food arrived, service was non existent. The lady serving, decided to stay in the back of the kitchen with the chef. We were not asked how the food was, or if we needed refills of drinks. Then comes the issue about the food. There were 4 dishes of tapas + the potatoes. Those were pork meat, chicken wings, shrimp and meatballs. Everything tasted the same, mostly garlic. The chicken wings, pork and meatballs were very dry and nothing had any flavoring and definitely was not fresh. The shrimp was the only thing that was good and fresh, other than that it was all VERY bland. We decided that enough was enough and complained. We had to yell for the server to come to our table because she was hiding in the back all the time. When we told her about our issues with the food, she said that the customer should season the food themselves.. She then tasted a meatball (with her hands) from our food and said it was no problem with it. We told her that we would not eat anymore of the tapas we ordered. At this point she became hostile and whatever customer service was left, went out the window. We were then not offered anything else than to pay for the food that we found inedible. When we then refused to pay (90$!) for 3 persons, for inedible food, she started screaming and treated us like criminals. Where she shouted that we had eaten all the food and refused to pay. The 3 of us had hardly tasted it and decided to take a photo of what was consumed as reference. She then refused us to leave while screaming at us that she would call the manager. When I finally got to talk to the manager (on the phone) I explained what was happening. We then were allowed to leave and I left my contact information. 2 weeks later I got called up by the police about us not paying, because we ate all the food! The police heard my side of the story and closed the case. The police also saw from the photo that we didn't eat all the food like we were accused of in this restaurant. If we did eat all the food, of course we would have paid our bill. All of this just reminded me of when Gordon Ramsey visited ABC on kitchen nightmares. It was crazy bad at this place and I would not recommend my worst enemy to visit this place. Please stay away! read more

The worst experience ever! I was there with some friends to eat "Spanish Tapas" and we were so looking forward to try it. Food came like 10 min after we ordered , we started to eat and something didn't quite felt good... The meatballs were dry and the vegetables around it was hot outside and cold af inside; the chopped pork tasted nothing and the chicken "wings" that were chicken legs were very dry. That was too many wrong things for 245,- kr per person! I have eaten tapas so many times before, and i know what's the taste like. Such as disappointment. The service was also terrible, the woman that is in charge really need to go to some customer service training or something. I will not come back or recommend this place. read more
