Asked for a skin fade, definitely didn't get a skin fade. I had to have them fix an error in the sides and was so focused on that I didn't even notice they didn't do a skin fade until id already left. Also there is this weird piece of hair sticking up in the back like alfalfa and idk why or how I'm going to fix it. Also didn't notice until I left and felt it waving in the wind. I've been going to my regular barber for 30 years, but since Covid has hit, so have their hours. So, I decided to find a new barber. I tried out Q Barber Shop. Wow. What a surprise! They cut my hair exactly how I like it. Then to add to that, they used warm shaving cream and cleaned up the back of my neck. Next they took a warm towel and cleaned off all the hair. And to my surprise, they took a neck massager and massaged my shoulders. I've never had that type of premium service from a barber! It was especially great since I just got off work and it definitely helped me to relax. They did such a great job, I took my boys there for a haircut and they turned out amazing. We found a new barber! And their hours are great too. Oh, I forgot to mention their pricing. It's by far the best value I've seen in a long time. This place can't be beat! read more

I came here a few months ago and they don't know how to cut hair. My hair is pretty long and I asked for a trim and they were pulling and rushing the haircut like crazy. I know they were closing soon but that gives you no reason to pull my hair and rush me out the door. If you want to get something you don't want this is the place to go. read more

SOoooo.....My previous barber was north of this location on Pacific. I had been a regular customer there for over nine years. As the years went by, prices increased, service decreased, quality faded and more new workers just didn't cut the mustard. I saw less and less of the original owner. Which brought me shopping for a new spot and boy did I find a new spot! This shop is awesome. Let's go over the pros: 1) Polite/Attentive stylists who listen to what your needs are 2) They address the details without asking. For example, they trimmed my eyebrows, removed hair from ears and "squared" the back neck line removing unwanted hair getting too close to the back...ALL without asking 3) They take their time and didn't rush 4) They use hot towel service and above average back/shoulder massager devices 5) Price. It's only $13 and I tipped 25% 6) Quality. It's that good! Now for the cons: 1) The only one is parking/traffic (And I can't fault them for that as they have no control over it). Parking is limited, the gas station next to it and traffic is very busy and often times dangerous getting in and out. All and all, I think I found my new barber. The place itself is very relaxing and warming. I recommend that you give it a try. read more

Today I came here for the first time after being a Great Clips customer across the street for the last nearly two years. When I came in, the seats had just been filled and I knew I would have a little bit of a wait, I quickly noticed how meticulous the barbers were with cutting hair. When I sat down the lady asked me how I wanted my hair and got to work. We had a little conversation, but she was mostly a woman of her craft, quite and precise. She cut my hair perfectly using a combination of scissors (as requested) and clippers. The back, ears, and sideburns were cleaned up using hot shaving cream and a straight razor (the old school kind). She finished out with a nice massage, and hot towel for my face. This is a Korea style haircut, I lived in Korea and these folks know their craft. $12 is a value. read more

Being new in town and needing a Covid era haircut, based on the few reviews I went to this barber asked for a scissor cut. She used clippers for both my hair and my beard. She didn't talk. Suddenly I felt a searing pain in my left eye. She had cut my left eyebrow and I lead with the clippers. It was bleeding and in severe pain. $12 for a barber cut?! Can't beat this! Everyone who works here is super friendly and they always remember you. They take their time cutting your hair and make sure you are happy with it before finishing. Not to mention your $12 includes being lined up with shaving cream an a razor along with a massage!! I went there earlier today and it was the best haircut I've had in years at any price. I have fine, blond hair which is difficult to cut as it leaves scissor marks easily. My barber took extra time and made sure everything was blended correctly. The hot cream neck shave and 5 minute back massage were the icing on the cake. This is an outstanding barber shop. I'm pretty picky and I've been in so many barber shops all over the place. I was a marine so you can only imagine. My favorite is the guy at the far end. The lady next to him is pretty good too. They do a phenomenal job with attention to detail. They trim your ears, finish with some warm shaving cream and a straight razor on your edges. They also do the quick massage at the end. I'll even get my beard trimmed in here and they are excellent at that too. read more
