I had a mani and pedi and pedi went ok. When the owner did my manicure she filed my nails so thin I could feel the dermal burning my nails. Upon arriving home one nail was broke down past the quik. Later that evening I noticed two nails polish had popped completely off found it laying on the floor. Later that week all polish on one hand had all popped off. My nails started chipping, cracking and breaking. My nails are not the strong ones I used to have. The chip, break and crack at the slightest touch. Very dissatisfying service read more

This place is terrible for service. I've never been to a nail salon that wouldn't fit a manicure in with a pedicure appointment. I've never been to a salon that won't do gel polish on toes. I've never been to a salon that was so rude. They won't do anything that I've asked. They have crap selection of polishes and the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They literally said that we could go someplace else. I will never go back here again and I would highly recommend not wasting your time with these people because they don't care. Also I want to add that it is dirty here. The floor is filthy. The tubs are grimy. The front window is so dirty you can't even see through it. read more

I knew after reading the reviews We shouldn't go but we did. My family was in town for Grandmas 80th party. Saw the walk ins welcome sign on the door as we headed to lunch. Invited grandma to a treat to get her toes done. We arrived Saturday morning just after they opened at 10am. Arrived threw the door and was instantly greeted harshly. Mentioned we would like 2 pedicures and the not like lady pipped back that they had no time today for you. It made me give them one star., if I could give them minus 50, I would. This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had, EVER. I had gel polish on my toes when I went in (whatever), they said they didn't do gel polish, fine. However, one might expect an established business to know HOW to remove gel polish without taking half of someone's toe nail. I was able to find about ten different ways with a google search including soaking my toes in straight acetone which they definitely have on hand. You read that right, I was bleeding, half my toe was gone and the "gentleman" I use that term loosely tried to convince me that it was my fault. I was on my phone so I didn't notice he was PEELING the polish off with a pair of scissors used for trimming cuticles. I would definitely have stopped him then. But the damage was done, and then when I implied perhaps I should get a discount or not have to pay since they damage my appendage. I was told walking in the ocean (with an open wound) would be good for it. I guess they haven't heard that bacteria and small critters also live in the ocean. My mom and aunt also went and theirs seemed fine, but the lady at the place did theirs. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place unless I wanted them damaged. I sure hope this doesn't ruin my once a year trip to the beach! I will be making sure everyone sees what they did to my foot and they can expect to see any bills that may result from future doctor visits should any complications arise. This is a horrendous way to run a business. I started the day with slightly signed up but presentable feet, now I will be waiting patiently for the rest of my toe to fall off so the healing can begin. read more

Had a fill done, and she did do fairly good job. BUT everything is so dirty, no polish charts, was going to get gel but the bottles had polish running down most of them, extremely dirty, just had my fill and coat of plain polish and was out of there. I took my daughter, niece and sister to get mani pedis from here they did get us in the next day from calling for an appointment which was nice. But when we got there I was instantly unsure we made the right choice to go. Their business is not the cleanest. We went ahead with our appointment the husband and wife did all four of our pedicures in a row. But I couldn't help but notice they were using the same tools on all of us. The wife told the husband it's okay they are family. Okay yes I can deal with that. Until we went to get our manis I got just regular paint and my sister for acrylic French tips. So the wife started my nails as the husband started my sisters. I'm talking and she filing I look at the file and to my shock she's using a used filer. I didn't see them use any cleaners or sanitize anything after their first customers that were there when we arrived. We paid our payment and left we decided we wouldn't be going back. Until about 7 that night I got a picture from my sister of her nails turned brown! I called the next day and the husband argued with me about what she had done to make her nails turn. He then said she could go back on the next business day which was two days away. When she went back him and his wife continued to argue with her about what she had done to make her nails turn. They filed her nails and put a new top coat on. 3 hours later they are brown again. So unimpressed and disappointed. read more

This is the worst salon I have ever tried to go to. The amount of times I have called in to get an appointment and the people not answering the phones is ridiculous. I have been trying to get an appointment for a couple of pedicures for about 2 weeks now. Well I called this morning to see if I can do a walk in and they told me no. And then they called me back and said they had an availability for around 2-230pm and I confirmed with the gentleman on the phone 230 and he said we will see you then. Well around 2:15 they called my phone about 2 times and told me that they can not take me or my great grandma who is 92 years old. And I said are you serious this is unreal we were just about to park and walk her down to the salon. And they said nope sorry your are to late for your appointment and tried to say I made an appointment for 2pm. Ridiculous and absolutely disgusting how they treated me on the phone. And a waste of gas to drive all the way to Florence from my grandparents property. I hope their business gets re evaluated because their customer service skills were not business like at all. read more

After reading reviews and then experiencing it for myself..what a horrible place. Rude proprieters who tell you they don't really want to do nails. The place is filthy...toilet was broken...every corner that could be cut during Pedi was to shorten it and over charge for it...gel polish application after manicure was crooked...half assed..polish bubbled..nails just look terrible. I went back next day and they told me they wouldn't help me fix it because they were to busy yet she was standing there with no client. When I refused to leave he went back to his nail table and ignored me and dismissed me. I asked for my money back for mani gel polish and he only offered me 10 dollars for gel polish...I hope they collapse...they are unkind...they lie to people and their work is worse than shoddy. I would have given them - 100 stars if I could! I'm not sure how the state hasn't come in to inspect and closed them down! Please save yourself and never go in there! read more

Why hasn't Yelp given the option of 0 stars yet? Even with an appointment (which happened to be double booked with someone else's), my service was rushed, painful and ended up with messy results. Also, finding a color is physically impossible. They don't have swatches of the colors out for any of their gel polish so you're shit out of luck looking for a color you actually like while having to screw open the bottles one by one. Was also told to "hurry up" when trying to find a basic nude which I didn't find. No nudes, ladies. NADA. When the lady started painting and I started debating the color, she also told me to "make up my mind" with a rude and impatient tone. NEVER coming back here again and DO NOT recommend. Even with the "walk-ins welcome" sign, don't expect them to ever be open. read more

Would not recommend this place as they don't clean there instruments between customers. Don't have them soaking anything. Seen them using the same ones on one person and onto the next customer. The guy was really rough on the girl beside me. He tore half of her toenail off trying to take her gel nail polish off. I held my breath all the while hoping he wasn't going to do mine. Florence has few choices for acrylic nails but Q Nails does acrylic. Although the Husband & Wife are good at what they do, they work on multiple people at the same time. They will begin your nails/pedicure then stop & begin someone else while you wait to be completed. Q Nails does not have a color chart to choose your nail color & they do not like you opening the bottle to place a dab on a card so you can choose your color!! I opened anyways. If you don't mind waiting during your scheduled appointment, they do a good job & have a reasonable price for an acrylic fill & gel polish...$30. read more

This was probably the worst nail salon I've been to in my whole life! For one this lady gave me and my mother in law two "spa pedicures" that lasted less than an hour for the two of us! Very rude proprietors. Yelled and snapped at me when we were 10 minutes late due to lack of parking close by. I had made an appointment for my 95 year old mother to get a pedicure and could not park close so had to walk her to the shop which caused us to be a few minutes late and they would not do her feet said yo call make another appointment. I will never go back there! Although they were able to get me and my friend in same day, which we appreciated, they worked on 5 people at the same time making it take over an hour and a half to get acrylics done. They were very rough and my fingers hurt for about 2 days afterwards. They did the worst job I have ever had, and I let my 7 year old do my nails sometimes! I was charged extra money to remove nail polish that was already on my nails even though there is nothing posted stating there is a fee and I have never been charged by any other salon for this. My nails had so much acrylic on them that they looked like those bubble nails people have been talking about. Not at all what I wanted or asked for and when I tried to tell the woman what I wanted she was very rude. She also joined into my friend and I's conversation we were having about another salon and proceeded to bad mouth them! I would give them -10 if it were possible. Do not go there! read more
