Literally the worst shellac pedicure I've ever had! I am so pissed off I spent 68 bucks for this! Do not go here, find somewhere else... it took over an hour and half for a "spa pedicure" the lady took her sweet old time... for my nails to look absolutely messed up! I was so upset I didn't even bother getting a manicure as I wanted to get the heck out of there. I will not be coming back and will never recommend this terrible nail salon to ANYONE read more

I wish I didn't even have to give a star because the way I was treated and the way I had my nails done at this salon was absolutely horrible. As I was trying to decide what nails to get I could see the lady who was doing my nails get visibly upset if I asked her to do something and she even began to become so upset that she began to yell in her language at her coworkers and then give me nasty looks which all showed me how truly upset she was that I had asked her to do a simply task that I was paying for. in the end I found that my nails were too long and I asked her to cut them down and because I asked her to do that she continued to up the prices. all in all I ended up paying 100 dollars for short short acrylic nails that were done horribly and look disgusting. I am overall saying there was horrible customer service and the way that the nails are done were terrible. I highly recommend going to any other place read more

My friends and I usually hit Q's over the lunch hour for a quick gel polish pedi every 6 or so months. I do my own in between pedis, but gel polish will last up to 2.5 for 3 months before it needs to be replaced on me. The team at Q-Nails Leduc has been great to go to, and they are always clean. We book in advance, because they tend to be busy over the lunch hour, but they are always very accommodating. What impressed me about my latest trip is that they have seriously expanded their assortment of gel-polish, with about 200 different types (granted some of the colours between brands look close, but still!). I've never seen that much variety of gel! Usually you'll get about 20, max. Love it! It's not fancy by any means, but it's got strong massage chairs, clean instruments and a great variety of polish. For a simple pedi, it's the spot to go in Leduc! read more

I had fantastic service; I was a walk-in and it appeared busy so I didn't expect immediate help. One of the lovely ladies was indeed available; none of the existing clients were neglected and I had her undivided attention for a shellac pedicure and manicure. I work in a hospital so I'm picky about hygiene in nail salons; I was happy to watch them sterilizing tools and cleaning pedicure stations and very reassured. They have many more shellac colours than most places I have been. I was hard to choose but also prompted me to stray from my usual corals and reds to a gorgeous aqua/blue-green opal shimmer for my toes, a perfect summer 'ocean/beachy' colour and a cocoa colour on my hands that has a gold shimmer which looks like it would match any skin tone. Classic even with the shimmer, matches any outfit and event. The conversation was great. I have been to many salons where the ladies were not great with English conversation, not here. I really enjoyed myself. The wattage in the LED lamps is higher and they are sure to prep your nail and apply proper bases for good adhesion, allowing extra LED time as well to ensure the shellac gardens and bonds optimally. While here I received the speediest Shellac mani that I've ever had in my life. Not only was the tech lightning quick, the work was fantastic. It's been over a week now and no signs of wear. I've had Shellac manis before that have cracked on the tips within the first week (I'm really hard on my hands) and this has held up almost like magic. The salon was hopping for a Sunday morning, we got there first thing and we were told to come back in 30 minutes because they were already full. No problem there, and once we arrived back they fit us in fairly quickly. The salon is a good size and is clean and they offer lots of services including all sorts of waxing options. While my manicure was super speedy, my grandma's pedicure was the opposite and the tech really took her time (which pleased my grandmother greatly). It's been a week and my grandma won't stop talking about how pampered she felt, how awesome her feet feel and how much she loves her bright orange toenails. They really made her day there and I love that she feels so fantastic now. So if you want a thorough pedicure, a super speedy mani or something in between make sure you check this spot out. I don't live in Leduc but I'm there often enough that this will be a frequent future stop for me I'm sure. read more

My daughter purchased an 80.00 gift certificate from Qnails in Leduc for me for Mother's Day, I accidentally threw it out in the garbage and never noticed until after the garbage was picked up, so I thought no big deal I'll just call the owner who I've seen many times, she will not replace the gift certificate even though she knows the number she said I have to wait one year and then she will issue a new one...I'm like in total shock you won't cancel the gift certificate as you have the number as stated she said in case someone comes in to use it. However I have my name on it also they have the gift certificate number???? Yet they are not willing to help me out with a new certificate. All I can say is I will NEVER go back to them there are many nail places all around Leduc and Edmonton. Absolutely terrible! First off, they tell me I can't have a colour, then the girl tries ripping my natural nail off with the gel removal (they tried to "lift" the gel off with cuticle cutters and a nail file), she then glues the nail tip not on straight, and blames it on my finger nail - that's all well and good, but they're supposed to be nail techs and nail techs are supposed to make your hands look good. She them proceeds to tell me that I need to quit smoking. She was very unprofessional the entire time I sat there and I shouldn't be paying $60 for a garbage job and where she's insulting me. I don't recommend going here, unless you have money to toss away and if you want to have to try and fix a "professional's" job. read more

Brandy is the BEST nail tech I have ever had!! Every time that I have had my nails done other places, they have started lifting within a week, and I've been told that it's because my nail bed is 'oily'. But my nails have never lifted AT ALL when they've been done by Brandy!! I have really small hands, and really shallow nail beds so they don't have much to work with. Brandy always makes my nails look fabulous! I like to find new designs on Pinterest, and Brandy is able to hand paint complex designs that I'm sure were originally done by a stamp. She's an excellent artist, and a perfectionist. She has my loyalty for life!! read more
