No trouble for these boys they contacted the hotel chain and found out where we were staying and got us there faster ans cheaper than any taxi .. Better service than any taxi or uber.. This is the United Airline check in kiosks at Melbourne International Airport. It has quite a…read morenumber of kiosks with staffs controlling the flow to the kiosks. I would say it is being controlled well and there is no long queue and indeed very smooth. However I think there is lack of staffs there especially if there is issue and need assistance. I see that there are only 2 staffs helping customer with issue especially to do with dual passports or visa issue that block customer from checking in. Same thing for service desk with only 2 staffs and I have to wait long time before attended to me. Even though it is under staffs, the service from the staffs are second to none, great services and friendly, kudos to them. United should consider adding more hands there.
