I cannot recommend Leverage Lending Group highly enough…read more My loan wasn't a straightforward, easy file. Other lenders looked at my situation and essentially told me it couldn't be done. The team at Leverage Lending Group took a completely different approach. Instead of looking for reasons to say no, they looked for solutions. They worked tirelessly to navigate a unique income situation that included border income and rental income, and they never gave up when challenges came up along the way. Their creativity, expertise, and persistence made all the difference. What impressed me most was how hard they worked behind the scenes. There were countless moving pieces, and I know this loan required far more effort than a typical transaction. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and made me feel like they were genuinely invested in helping me achieve my goal of homeownership. Because of their knowledge and determination, my family and I are now homeowners in a house we love. If you've been told your situation is complicated, unconventional, or difficult, don't give up before talking to Leverage Lending Group. They made what others said wasn't possible become reality, and I'll always be grateful for that.

Multiple times during the process, he took time to chat through complex topics to ensure we understood what we were signing up for and feel assured in our decisions. His approach gave us confidence that we secured the best rate available and that we are well positioned for refinancing in the future. He was also extremely responsive during the last and quickest days of buying a home. If you're looking for a broker who is knowledgeable, transparent, and truly advocates for your best interest, we would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I hear commercials for Neighborhood Lender all the time on WBT and decided to give it a try when…read morethe rates went down. I have to say the hype is legit. Refinanced our home and locked in at 3.75 fixed for 30 years. This saved us about $250 a month! We had tried this a few years back and could not get a call back for anything. When the rates went down again I looked into them again and discovered the individual that was unresponsive didn't appear to be there any longer. This second attempt went off without a hitch. Emails were responded to, phone calls were returned and the level of service was fantastic. We didn't pay a dime in closing costs and they were not rolled over into our loan either- they cover them! We had to come out of pocket for a new appraisal but we were paid back at closing. I would recommend them if you are looking to refinance at a lower rate. They also came right to our home for the closing, it literally couldn't have been any easier!

Just closed on Friday with a cash-out re-fi with Wyndham Capital working with Tyson and Irene…read more Signing is tomorrow - Monday. Have already reviewed the closing docs, so no surprises tomorrow. All went through smooth without many surprises. I didn't expect/want to have insurance/taxes in an escrow account, and that happened in the final closing doc. But Tyson explained that, and why it was done, and it made sense. May be able to change that later if I want, depending on servicer that buys the loan. I'm okay with that change. I like their online portal - it helped me see where things were along the way, and made it easy to submit my paperwork as needed. Tyson helped me on which credit card to pay down a couple thousand dollars to get the credit score up a few points quickly to get a slightly lower rate. No complaints here, and the re-fi will help improve monthly cash flow considerably as I start to look at semi-retirement in a year.

I have expended a vast amount of time and effort with no end in sight. They are STILL requesting documents four weeks later (most are duplicates, of course). I also discovered other mortgage companies want their own appraisal so you're going to be out several hundred dollars and multiple weeks to start over with a reputable provider. I have an 800+ credit score, house appraised at $500K (refi for $260K) and never had this difficulty with a mortgage before. I would NEVER recommend them. It was a nightmare being shipped from one representative to another and assigned a "customer advocate". That's a huge joke. There is nothing about this business that is customer oriented. They are no different than any other mortgage broker. Sales ploys and promises that they don't keep with absolutely ZERO customer individualization. Disappointing all around; they suck.
