I was in direct contact with Santiago from the very beginning. They were punctual, informative, and ensured the work they did was quality work that would not only meet my expectations but exceed them as well. They explained if anything happened or if I wasn't satisfied with the finished results, they'd come back free of charge to fix it. Thankfully, everything turned out perfectly! We ended up having our entire house repainted and went on to consider - which we'll probably end up doing - having our kitchen cabinets painted. They explained all of the options I had when we discussed possibly installing new cabinets vs painting them and allowed me a chance to reach out to contractors to explore my options. Most people would try to sell you on why you should go with their services they offer but Miranda's Painting wanted to ensure I did what was best for me, which spoke volume of their business. They explained the best kind of paint to use for each of the projects I requested to be done and also gave a detailed explanation of what the process would look like. They painted our house which took 3 days and each day they showed up on time, 100% prepared to work, and always cleaned up the entire area they were working prior to departing each day. When the job was finished, Santiago had me do a walk through of their work to ensure it was up to standards. Even after the project was complete, Santiago followed up to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Overall, I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough! So I put out a post a couple weeks ago about a garage project and needed someone to hang and finish…read moredrywall. I employed R&C Services from Shelbyville. According to their profile and some images on yelp, it seemed they had completed drywall jobs before. They were probably 75% into the project and it seemed they were hard up for money. Hard lesson learned here; I went ahead and paid them. They still came back a couple days after continuing to work. Until they never came back. Today makes day 8 since I messaged them without receiving a reply. I went out to inspect the work performed and I'm not sure they have correctly done this kind of work before. The wires to my garage button are lost behind the drywall, they attempted to drywall over the button itself. I guess they couldn't get it off the stud it was screwed to. The seams on the drywall are very uneven due to there not being a stud behind them. There's a lot to fix. I'm putting this out there in case anyone decides they need work done and their company is recommended. R&C Services, employ at your own risk.

The condition of the prior stain was really bad - highly weathered and uneven. Plus a dog had scratch parts of the door and prior painters splattered stain on the fixtures and frame. Kelly, the painter, spent a several days sanding to remove imperfections, meticulously staining, and restoring the door. He took great care to make sure the work area was clean, hardware installed properly, and that we were happy with the final job. All in all, it was a great job at a reasonable price
