This company cheats on taxes. They intentionally reported my income as less than $600 on the 2024 statement, even though I worked more. Then they moved the rest of my earnings into 2025 to avoid tax obligations and to avoid issuing a 1099 form. I believe that's illegal. They were struggling financially and dragged us down with them. very unprofessional, deleted me from app because I was engaging with employees about payment issues and concerns, however NEVER said anything bad . but I guess talking about any issues is taken personal and they have gripes. There were so many red flags with this company like why they never posted the rate of pay for the shifts . The response would be it's based on the facility ok so why was it if you run the company that you don't know off the top of your head the rates or have had a immediate access to it . Why do you have to wait over 30 minutes to be told ? I know why because they wanted to see what they had been paying you . Everyone was paid differently so that was a lie and the facilities don't tell the agencies what to pay the workers . Also you would work a shift on a holiday and with QD you could see how much you were being paid while you were on your shift. I worked on a holiday and per the owner of QD told me that the facility didn't pay for holiday which was a lie because I had 3 other friends who worked the same day and shift at the same facility that got holiday pay . Also what kind of Agency hires people while they are driving to a shift and texting them their credentials. A many members of management at different facilities warned me about QD and 1 scheduled person even suggested that I pick up through one of my other staffing companies so that I could get the bonuses that they were paying out for me coming to their facility because Qd had never gave me a dime of it . And let me not forget to mention how ghetto the owner really is talking about people's business like she does she really needs to stop telling people stuff because they only go back and tell it grow up be professional. But like the saying goes Karma is real and Qd has done a lot of people dirty. Why do you think the chats be shut down when people be either talking about pay or issues . Also when I was working with QD I found out from Veem said that businesses normally let the pays sit to collect interest off of the money seems like it was shady problems for a long time and I found that out when we kept being told that veem was down but it was not per a supervisor at Veem. I wonder if the owner is really even filing her own taxes correct with the IRS the whole company needs to be investigated from the lack of background checks on some of the workers to the illegal practices that have been allowed to go on ! read more

Removed me from their app because I told the other workers to always have more than one agency because QD has NOT BEEN PAYING THEIR WORKERS. They literally weren't able to pay people because they said they were trying to collect payment from the facilities. Everyone was very understanding when they had to switch from daily pay to weekly pay but then weekly pay day came and they were giving the run around again. Idk how they pick and choose who they want to pay but some reported not being paid in over two weeks, some others were paid on time. This company is no good. This company has what I call "Slow Pay". There are employees on the company chat texting that their bills are getting behind due to QD Medical Staffing is not paying on time. I quit effective immediately due to them not paying me in a timely manner. This started around mid January 2025. I noticed. Only getting worst. They first started to say their Branch Account app was not working and then they asked employees if they want to get paid in another form. They could request through Apple Pay. Cash App, Zelle, etc. Then when you send them another form of payment info. The payment still not posting. You text this company through their company text about your pay. No Response. This company has also decreased the amount of shifts they post on their platfom. Stay away from this company. At this point this business needs to be shut down. They always have Payment issues. They hardly have any contracts The group home that she is suppose to have a partnership with is now using the staffing company Nurseio in which that is the company that the qd owner use to staff for . But why have they chosen to partner with another staffing agency? Well Because her company is just down right horrible , and she hires just about anyone and most aren't professional at all. She fails to appreciate the good workers who work hard, show up on time, and don't call out! They pick and choose and are all around just horrible and all about their own money. Bad experience. Around Christmas I was not set up for success for a location for a facility. The staffer and owner was very rude and did a group email about who they are and was very passive aggressive. I think if a clinician is looking for a good facility the best thing is to apply directly to the facilities in your neighborhood.
