While getting my meal tonight I was appalled at how one worker, Christy, was treating not only customers- but fellow coworkers. She argued across the counter with a customer claiming he was in the wrong and she was in the right. Then after that scene she used passive aggressive, snarky, and super unnecessarily rude comments to her coworkers. It made me feel so bad for those she works with. Very unprofessional. Not the best. Has really gone down hill or maybe it's just simply being on the other side of the state. The chips are never warm anymore. Last time we ate here the center of my burrito was cold. This time I had the 3 street tacos. The chicken was not only cold but over cooked left a burnt taste in my mouth. The tacos come with guacamole but there was hardly a quarter of their tiny scoop applied. The staff were friendly. The soda machine sucks- doesn't matter what flavor you chose it never taste like the flavor you chose. read more

I love Qdoba, I've been to a fair share of these restaurants in quite a few different states but this one has to be one of if not the dirtiest and unsanitary locations. If you're allergic to one particular thing, don't go here because there was ingredients mixed with others in just about every one of the food pans, not to mention flies were EVERYWHERE, as if they had left the door open and staged a breeding ground for them. 1 of 4 employees I can say knew what they were doing, the others just kinda stood around and waited to get told to do something by the one worthy employee. If I could give less stars, I would. I was very disappointed with is visit to Qdoba. I place an order for curbside pickup to be picked up at 5:15 this evening. I got there at 5:17 and sent my reply to the text that I was here. I then received a text back that someone would be out shortly with my food. At 5:43 someone finally came out with my order and by the time I got home, my food was already cold. Their process does not work. For an order that was supposed to be ready at 5:15, it should not be coming out 28 minutes later cold! This is not the first time I have waited for a Qdoba curbside pickup order but it was definitely the longest. read more

No matter what time you go the tables and floor is dirty and the pop machine area is always dirty. The food is usually good but visually this restaurant could really use a cleaning. Service is always fast but would it hurt to put a smile on once in a while?? read more

I went to Q'Doba on my birthday. I asked if there was any birthday specials and the lady working was very rude about it. She did give me a cookie and I offered to show my ID and she said "well if you really want a cookie that bad, you don't need to show me your ID." I was not impressed by her attitude or treatment of customers. Also, my chicken nachos were very salty. Thank goodness for the cookie or I would have been mad about paying $10 for too salty of food and poor customer service. read more

My mother and I recently had a terrible experience where an employee was so rude it almost seemed like she WANTED to be fired. The GM just shrugged it off and said "sorry you feel that way" and just stared at me until I walked away. I've been in touch with him as well as the regional manager. It's amazing how someone suddenly acts like they care when the heat is on. I just wish that they could be on top of things in the restaurant, each day, so that this sort of thing happens less. I know that's not the case as the GM himself told me this particular worker had multiple similar complaints before. I have that in an email. The regional manager informed me she was let go. While this clearly wasn't the job for her, I think retraining the general management should be priority if he's the type who let's this happen multiple times with the same employee. This is disappointing as I love my naked queso burritos but I'm done giving them my money and done recommending them to the many guests where I work that ask me where they should go to eat multiple times a week. read more
