What a horrible sense of value!!!!!! Super small portions. The containers are tiny, and Not even 1/2 full. I ordered 3 entrees and was disappointed in all 3! The chicken taco salad had very, very little lettuce, chicken. The brisket bowl had stringy, salty meat. I had to ask for extra pico and let's just say 2ozs was still not worthy. The chicken bowl was equally small on ingredients. And come on Qdoba 1oz of guacamole is shameful... meniscal, lol. I will next time drive a couple of miles up the road to go to Chipotle. Dropped into Qdoba for a quick bite. First time I'd been in a Qdoba in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the place clean and orderly, the food was quite yummy. I got a bowl with the new "hot and sweet" chicken, black beans, and plenty of veggies and toppings. It was hearty, flavorful, and a fair value for the quantity. While I was there around 5pm or so, the place filled up with a bunch of high school guys--numerous HP and ESD shirts--guess it was the after school or after sports hang out to get some food. I visit Chipotle pretty often, but was glad to see Qboba maintaining a solid presence as an alternative with some slightly different flavors. read more

The guy tried to overcharge me so I made the same exact order online and showed the pretend manager and the guy interrupted and said yes online you can order it that way but not here....??? Since when.... lol...Server seemed rude and acting as if he was doing me a favor. Tossed my food around and barely put anything in my nacho bowl. I use to come here often but things have changed and I felt mistreated. Food was meh and cold at noon. Place seemed dead and I remember it use to get pretty busy. The same guy also got on his phone between serving people without gloves. Prices have also gone up as selection has dropped. I don't plan on coming back to this location anytime soon. read more

Our first time trying this place out. We wanted to order the turf and surf shrimp bowl and burrito. We were a 7 of us in total. The older lady at the counter said they ran out of shrimp. What a bummer we had to settle for chicken? Then I went back to place another order for chips and queso and I hear her telling her co worker guy while making an online order. This order wants shrimp can you make more shrimp. She didn't even give us that option smh. We won't be back to this place. QDOBA is the best! I wish they would open one in the mid cities or North Arlington. Every time I'm in Dallas I'll probably be coming here. I love their quesadillas. The meat is so flavorful. They give you guacamole with your food at no extra charge. I ordered online and showed up at the store 5 minutes later than my ready time and my food was still hot and fresh. I didn't think twice about eating it in my car when I usually go home and reheat my food while pregnant to avoid food borne illnesses. The restaurant was clean. It's in line with the other locations I've been to. Please bring your tasty foods closer to me!!!!! read more

Hadn't been to a QDOBA in a while & was pleasantly surprised to see a big banner welcoming all diets! Keto, GF, vegan, Omni, etc - they got you covered. They also offer Impossible fajita meat! I had that in a burrito & it was tasty! The burrito was pretty big but delish! Sister had the tortilla soup & they put all the goods in the bottom of the bowl & dish the soup on top. She said it was really good. This place is next to my nail salon so I'll definitely be back! read more

Extremely unprofessional!!! I offer them my business via the app and go to pickup via curbside but I always have to call them to bring me my food. Whether I put that it's for curbside pickup when ordering or not. I always have to call them to make the request. They don't like doing it. They don't answer the phone 90% of the time. Today my experience was horrible. The lady who brought out my food started raising her voice at me out of nowhere saying that I was parked too far away and that she was too busy to be bringing me out my food (I was 15 feet from the front door). Her mask was not covering her nose or mouth and she started getting closer to me as she talked in a very aggressive tone. She was obviously very upset for having to bring out my food to the car. I hope that the manager calls me back to apologize soon otherwise I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK and I'll make sure to tell share my experience. Horrible and unprofessional. I'm obsessed!! The Cholula Chicken is my go-to and my husband always gets their pulled pork & brisket which is always so tasty as well! Everything on their menu is so delicious and never taste like its been sitting there for awhile. We haven't been to chipote ever since we discovered this spot. The BEST part is they don't charge extra for quesso & guac. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always so nice and smiling, and the manager is on point! I wanted to like this place after my friend hyped it up. It started promising, I ordered a burrito for here and a quesadilla to go. But when the lady asked what I wanted in my burrito and started putting rice and beans on a cold half tortilla I was confused. Then asked what I wanted on my burrito, and I said I just told you. And she told me this is the quesadilla. Okay so clearly this is reversed and I said so, and she just stared at me like she wasn't going to remake it. So whatever right? Things happen. Added a drink with my meal, and they're out of coke and Diet Coke...like, why? So whatever the foods gotta be good right? Saw some lemons and limes and was going to grab a few for my food, open the containers - all hot brown dried limes. Open the lemons - dry hot lemons, yum. (Fun fact, you're supposed to put ice at the bottom of those containers and change it out). Sad day. read more

I came in to pick up an online order. When I got there, an employee was blocking the door watching some kids, the other employees were all standing around staring off into space. There was cold meat piled up on the grill but, no sign of my order. They told me they hadn't received an online order. I don't know why they didn't receive it but, I would have placed a new one and waited for it, however, the woman behind the counter just looked at me, turned her back and went back to lollygagging.
