My friend and I came here for lunch. This was my first time having qdoba and had a good experience. I had a bowl (cilantro lime rice, cilantro, salsa, flame-grilled adobo chicken, guacamole, onions/peppers and spicy queso). The portion for the food is generous and the food combination was yummy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our ordering process. The prices are reasonable and the menu is simple which I appreciate. Ally is sooooooo slow when she makes my bowls. Last time, she only gave me 3 pieces of chicken and when I asked for more, she gave me 2 more pieces. She charged me for queso that I didn't even get. When I confronted her with the receipt, she said there was nothing she could do about it. Another time, she gave me basically a bowl of sour cream when I ordered ahead and said she "didn't have time to fix it". Excellent customer service!!! This was my second visit and each time I walked in to a very clean restaurant and the staff takes care of their customers. You will not be ignored! During both of my visits I have ordered online for pick up and arrive earlier than expected. As I sit at a table to wait for my order a staff member always greets me to check on me and on my order. Within less than a minute or so a staff member brings me my order. Food is packaged well and portioned well! I have zero complaints and would recommend trying this establishment for good food and excellent customer service!!! Unpopular opinion but I'm not the biggest fan of Chipotle so I was less than thrilled that this spot opened up in Saginaw. From what I heard, they have the same concept. Somehow I found myself here recently for lunch. I came in with an open mind though. They were quite busy and I can see the staff here were working hard to keep up with the rush. Kudos to them for that. By the time we got to the counter, I think a manager had just jumped in to help out. He was super nice and efficient. As for the food, I got a bowl with cilantro lime rice which I found to be a tad bit too much on the tart side. The chicken was good and flavorful and I really enjoyed the fajita veggies. Guacamole was not an extra charge..oh hey! Overall, for what it is, it was good but it's just not something I crave. The place was nice and clean and spacious enough to spread out. I really liked the energy of the staff though and that alone would make me want to come back again to try something different. read more

Service was outstanding. Michael greeted me and walked me through the process, helping me find the best selection. I was looking for something low carb with chicken. He suggested the salad and recommended the Cholula Hot & Sweet chicken. He noticed that I wasn't 100% sure and offered me a taste of the chicken - sold!!. Same with the salad dressings. Very patient and made me feel like I was important (not like a VIP but like as in each customer was important). I give this place 5 stars for their customer service. Friendly, fast and tasty. Tonight I ordered what I thought I wanted and it just didn't work for my taste buds. Jared came and fixed it right up. He assured me he wanted me to get what I wanted and my replacement was very good. I recommend the brisket! It was my first time in and I will be returning again. Very awesome customer service. Sadly, the food is not consistent. I've been there when the food is amazing then go back next week and order the exact same thing and it tastes really bland. There is no consistency. The past two times I've been there I've been completely disappointed. I doubt I'll be back again. Very disappointing. read more
