After a long workout, I was looking for a quick bite to eat with a high amount of protein. I settled on QDOBA and this was the first time I had ordered from this location. I have seen other reviews talking about how slow or lazy the workers are, but my order was completed quickly and there was almost no wait time. I had ordered a chicken bowl, with black beans, brown rice, queso, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream and two scoops of guacamole. The price was reasonable for the large amount of food you get, and it's a nice bonus that the queso and guacamole were not additional charges. The bowl itself was really satisfying and filling. The rice and beans mixed well with the queso and guacamole, creating a creamy texture in every bite. Everything came together very well, and when mixed together, you get a little bit of everything in every bite. I would recommend getting the bowl or the burrito if you were to stop in. The only complaint about the bowl was that the chicken tasted a little burnt in some bites, but overall it was a good meal. read more

My girlfriend and I had went in and ordered 2 bowls. Ordered them to go and ate them at my house. About 3 bites in I felt something solid which was odd considering all the food was soft. I reached in my mouth to see what it was and it was a long acrylic nail. I called 3 times ti get ahold of a manager to discuss the issue and nobody answered. I then called the next day and was told I couldn't be refunded because it was the day after and nobody answered because the phone was on silent. Their only solution was 4 free meal vouchers which was a slap in the face considering I never want to eat Qudoba again. Don't want to discredit how the manager helped me, but I have to leave this review. The website populated the wrong address for delivery and I didn't catch it. It populated to an address a few houses down with a "West" address and mine is "East" but the West version of my address actually doesn't exist so I have no idea where the driver delivered the food. I called the restaurant and they were nice enough to remake it and have their manager deliver it to me. Above and beyond for sure, especially since it wasn't their fault. I got the 2nd order and was taking the huge mound of lettuce off the top, only to find a live bug crawling on it. Called the store and the same manager did refund it, but acted like it was an every day occurrence saying "yeah, the lettuce is pre-washed, so unfortunately, that can happen." Live BUGS in the food? I don't think that's normal, nor should it slide?? Needless to say, threw the food right in the trash without even taking a bite. The service tonight was nothing but terrible. To start off, I waited 15 minutes to even order, which isn't the biggest problem because I was there during peak dinner rush, but 4 people in front of me should not take longer than 5 minutes. The lady starting off the entrees, was huffing and puffing all over everyone's food, slamming her fists on the table, slinging food around as she scooping, talking smack about her coworkers right in front of us, and giving every customer an attitude. I'm surprised she wasn't knocked out because of her behavior. While I was ordering, I specifically stated what I wanted - white rice, NO BEANS, and chicken - she scoops my rice and then goes "BEANS?!", I said "no i said that" and she comes back with "so do you want queso or veggies or not", in the most disrespectful tone. She slides my burrito over so hard it almost falls off the table and then it sits there, open-faced for many minutes before I was asked if I wanted anything else...by that point I didn't even want the thing because it was cold by now. No one called to see I was still coming to pick it up, $40 worth of food and they threw it away. I went to this location with my mom and little sister. After they ordered, I was told I had to wait for the worker to make an online order before they could serve me (even though the three of us were together). While I waited a fly landed in my plate. I've been to this location a few times. Friendly staff and they did a good job with meal prep. I always get the taco salad. The bathroom is a little unexpected. Looks more like a restroom in a night club. It's nice, don't get me wrong, just not what you would expect in a fast food joint. This was my first experience at a Qdoba restaurant anywhere - I tried going into the one on Grant St. a few months ago, but the line was too long, and they appeared very understaffed. I went with a lime chicken burrito with the works, which was fantastic. My husband and I go to this Qdoba quite a bit. Always delicious! They have long lines pretty often, but we usually go during busy times so it's to be expected. The food is always good though!! The staff have always been friendly to us. Only real negatives on this location would be that the tables are typically dirty (but again, they are very busy) and the parking lot is an annoyance. read more

In the past this would have been a solid 3, possibly a 4, but their consistency and customer service has dropped dramatically in the last few weeks. Surprisingly after the Covid restrictions started easing up. Food is inconsistent (tortillas so dry the burritos fall apart) and customer service is non existent. Calling in for curbside pickup and the phone was apparently off the hook for over 10 minutes, and neither of the people behind the counter bothered coming out (we have an at risk person in the house and are doing everything to keep isolated). The manager, "Betty" refuses to acknowledge any issue or take any responsibility. This location needs training badly, both food preparation and customer service. read more

They prepare mine last. or they forget they already prepared it to put it on the counter.
