My wife and I had a coffee and cappuccino here. The coffee was delicious and well-prepared - strong the way I like it. The woman behind the counter who prepared our coffee was friendly. The vibe of the coffee shop was warm, friendly, neighbourly. Just a great place to chill and relax for awhile. The seating inside is pleasant and comfortable. There is outdoor seating as well which is great on a nice day. Plus, just across the street is a great view of Seattle. If you're in the neigbourhood, this is a very good place for a coffee.

"Vegan Muffin" and their amazing Chai
    Andy N.

Dirtiest, hottest, tastiest homemade chai I have ever had!! My friend took me to QED after landing at SeaTac after raved about their chai. I'm not a coffee drinker so this was the best option and holy moly, she was not kidding. This chai was absolute fire! You could really taste the ginger and spices in the drink and it was clearly not from a carton. They also have a variety of baked goods and sandwiches. The staff pointed out their vegan muffin which was perfectly baked to fluffy perfection. Grab your drink and baked goods to enjoy the view outside of the city. They even brought out our food across the street for us knowing we were hanging out outside. Major props to the team for the service. Plus, there are some small tables and window seating with plugs if you need to do a bit of work for a few hours. Their wifi game is strong and I am grateful for QED for being my first Seattle pitstop this time around.

Cute little shop with tons of street parking, shop itself is little so not ideal for big groups. Service is friendly and quick. I got a drip with a splash of oatmilk and my friend got a latte and said it was delicious.

Nice little coffee shop and great coffee with a small pastry selection as well. I got a short latte and stayed to work for a little bit. It is on the small side and can get busy but the environment and staff/service were good. I would come back again!

Walk up window. Still open! Support small businesses!! Masks required, no cash, no personal cups.

QED has turned into a walk up to-go window. The negative is you're not sure who is in line and who is waiting for their coffee, and the sidewalk is not very wide (not their fault). You place your order at their window and pay, then stand back and wait for your name to be called. They have delicious coffee I love their americano it tastes so creamy and smooth.

Service was quick easy and very helpful! The vibes and energy of this cute little quaint coffee shop is very much twlight like Bella on new moon looking outside the window. I got a chai which was super yummy! Parking can be a bit tricky but it's not bad

Stopped by today to try one of their house made syrup lattes and it was delicious. The seasonal Orgeat syrup is wonderful. Hopefully it gets enough love from the community and stays on the menu in the long run. Highly recommend this place. John being super helpful and nice was also a big bonus which is why it was a 5 star experience today!

I find this cafe on too good to go,and only use a little money for a bunch of variety choice. English muffin with egg and cheddar cheese was realy soft and fresh. Brownie is filled with sunflower seed and walnut, The sweetness is perfect. I hate cake with too much sweet. And the scone is fantastic with milk smell and crispy outside with gentle moisture inside.

I got a drip coffee and butter croissant - both were excellent. Friendly staff, and supporting local artists.

Pricey latte didn't taste good. This may be one of the only small coffee shops in Seattle that makes a bad latte than Starbucks.

They serve delicious local coffee and tea as well as local pastries (from both Macrina and some baked in house), as well as breakfast sandwiches, focaccia, and also vegan soft serve made with oat milk. The soft serve has rotating weekly flavors, and I was lucky to try to orange creamsicle, which was delicious swirled with classic vanilla. I even got some sprinkles with it! For coffee, they have all the classics as well as some seasonal specials with in-house made syrups. Everything we ordered was delicious that we actually ended up getting 2 lattes while we were there. Apart from the food and drinks, they also have a plethora of local artwork for sale, paintings displayed on the walls, glasswork and ceramics at the windows, and tie dyed shirts made by the owner himself, plus more. They also sell pokemon cards and run an actual Play! Pokemon league. It runs every Saturday from noon to 4 PM and is run by the owner himself. It's a great place for both newbies and kids trying to get into pokemon and seasoned veterans alike. You even get discounted coffee during the pokemon session! The owner himself is a very personable guy and is very knowledgeable all about his products, and is always happy to chat about coffee, art, or Pokemon. There's a clean maintained bathroom in the back of the cafe and self-pour water stations to make your stay enjoyable. I found it very delicious and light and refreshing. If you're looking for a Matcha, the Matcha flavor isn't very strong and it mostly tastes like an earl grey latte, but it is delicious and creamy. I ended up coming back and getting it again but with extra Matcha foam for additional Matcha flavor. Absolutely loved this drink. I also got a Matcha latte with black sesame cold foam. I've had a black sesame Matcha from somewhere else before, and the sesame flavor was very light, so that was what I was expecting, but was met with a very strong sesame flavor. I was not a huge fan as it felt overpowering and I couldn't taste the matcha. However, this is just a personal preference thing and if you like black sesame you should definitely try it! I'm not sure what much they used, but it didn't taste like the best quality, but it is still delicious and their drinks are all fun .
