I went on their site to register and request that my prescription be transferred to Alto, which took a couple of days. After the transfer process was complete, I requested the prescription refill. They offer free prescription delivery via courier, but I opted to pick it up at their Bellevue pharmacy location. It is located inside Plaza 520. There are numerous buildings in this business center, so you should take down the address or look on a map app to find the location. The pharmacy interior is pretty basic. There is just a front desk and what seems to be some prescription bins for couriers to gather prescriptions for delivery on the left. Pickup was quick. I just gave my name and the staff member brought my prescription out which included a couple of free sea salt caramels inside the bag. Based on the prescription savings and the delivery options available, I would recommend Alto.

I also wish they had offered a recommendation for something available. I do see that my insurance was billed for a medication I never received as well.

My vet prescribed two different pain meds for my cockatiel. This company was very fast in asking…read morefor payment but very slow (4 days from payment to receiving meds) at delivering the meds despite only being about 25 minutes drive away. I let it go since I was a new customer and they didn't have my credit card on file. As a second-time customer, this time waiting for two very crucial uric acid lowering meds, the shipping time left much to be desired again. They called on Wednesday while I was out of town, asking for payment. I authorized payment. They told me I'd receive the meds the next day - Thursday. I did not receive the meds until Saturday evening. That means my bird missed 5 doses of those crucial meds (2 doses on Thursday and Friday each, and 1 dose on Saturday morning). What's more aggravating is one of those meds requires refrigeration. It was packed with a small ice pack but because the shipping took so long, the ice pack was no longer cold, and the medication was room temperature. I called to ask about the efficacy of the medication and was told it was ok. Would they be honest with me if it was not? I doubt it. And who knows? Because between missing 5 doses and questionable efficacy, my bird passed 5 days after I administered the meds. I would never use them again and I'll request my vet use another company in the future. From my experience, this company is more interested in collecting payment first, and then taking their sweet time sending the meds. This would be fine if they were not in the business of helping to save animals' lives. I was out of town or I'd have driven to get those meds. Also, they close early and aren't open on weekends. I also gave them feedback that the volume of liquid meds is so small, their container so tall/large, and the syringes so short - shorter than the container, which makes extracting the meds into the syringe a challenge. I asked the Pharmacist where the finger splints were and she didn't know and told me to ask an associate. In my day our Pharmacist would come out and walk you to the section you needed help with, hand you the item, and ask if you had any questions. I don't know if RA has really changed that much, but there will be no smile awards for you my unhelpful Pharmacist friend. We ended up finally finding a finger split at a Bartells, which also had tape and finger sleeves. So yeah, from now on that's where the honey and I are going to go for last minute medical items, sorry Rite Aid.
