We sat in the covered patio area that was breezy. The train going by sounds like we were on the track. We ordered two appetizers, the spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce and tuna tacos with sauce. The spring rolls lack a real herb punch and were a bit bland. The tuna tacos were delicious with a real flavor blast from the sauce. One must try the tuna tacos. For dinner we ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp. This was over sauce and appeared that the sauce was poured over the dish once assembled. It was definitely not a meal I would order again. The grilled shrimp with Thai spices and a small side salad was better. The vibe is very chill and a bit eclectic. The dishes were either hit or miss. I did not enjoy the chain smoker we were seated next to as that has not happened in years. A drink or appetizers here may be a good stop at I Latino. The decor and setting is enjoyable but the food falls short for me. They need to spend more time refining the dining entrees. I will not be returning but loved the builing.

I'm from the states and I know we have a bad wrap in other countries, so I didn't want to be the stereotypical American (I'm not white, I'm actually Mexican American) but still I didn't want to be that person. So I just re ordered what I wanted not once did we send the food back. When we finished I asked Ale for boxes she actually boxed our food. Our bill was about $1,600 pesos and we left her a $150 peso tip . I was mortified when she comes after us and demands $300 pesos tip because that's about the 20% she was supposed to get. I was under the impression that tips were optional and given for good service, I got ok service and I did tell her at least one of the order was wrong, she would take off for long periods of time. I just didn't think she deserved the $300 pesos and I just gave In because I didn't want to make a scene. That whole experience sucked and I was super embarrassed. So the restaurant was good the waitress was horrible.
