EB was welcoming, friendly, easy to talk to, and helped me narrow down and figure out the direction I wanted to go. She worked with me on EVERYTHING - she was flexible, worked with my schedule, offered over-the-phone or skype appointments, anything that she could accommodate, she did. I also appreciated the fact that there were so many options offered, not just figuring out what you think you want to do, but finding out about your personality, how to capitalize on your strengths, resume services, life coaching etc. I have gone and will continue to go to EB throughout my career transitions, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone else needing career counseling services!

I was referred to EB by a resume writer who I reached out to first because this is my first time working with resume writers and career counselors. The resume writer suggested that I work with a career counselor to figure out what I truly want to do first before utilizing his services. Reason number one I'd recommend EB is because she associates herself with good people. Reason number two, is while EB has the interpersonal skills to work with extroverts and introverts alike, if you are an introvert like myself you will feel very comfortable working with a fellow introvert. Reason number three, is I told her what I want to do and she suggested real honest ways to help me work towards those aspirations. Reason number four is her suggestions are very practical and easy to implement. While my career transition is still in progress I would very highly recommend working with EB because she has put me on a path to successfully navigate the tricky waters of career transitions.

Basically since Covid19, I have had trouble finding decent work. The world is different and it's…read morehard to get seen. So I turned to temp agencies for help. I tried many but all of them were honestly worthless except for Spherion. Far and away the absolute best. Unlike others like Remedy Staffing or Employee Express or Beacon Hill who almost never talk to you, never follow up on anything, and have little to present, Spherion was on the ball from the word go! They responded the fastest and off the bat gave me four options to look at when the others only had one! I got a job pretty quickly. I wanted to write this review then, but I'm glad I waited. When that job fell through some time later, Spherion supported me and I was able to get another one in less than two weeks. I have been exceptionally impressed by their speed and humanity. I feel heard and helped. Even when having to deliver bad news, they did a phenomenal job, able to discern relevant points in response, and kept doing what was right for me! They are the best without a doubt. They are really active on your behalf and that meant the world.

I had only worked on short temporary assignment over a couple of years ago for Spherion and had not heard from them since, so when I got a call, it surprised me. They called to say that they felt I was unkind to Spherion staff and wanted me to apologize for that from two and a half years ago. They acknowledged that I did a satisfactory job with the one assignment they had provided. Why go to the trouble of getting an apology now after I hadn't heard from you in so long? If it really bothered Spherion they would have requested an apology ages ago.
